How are able to adjust the headlights if the bulbs are loose inside the housing? They're going to be bouncing around in there and you won't be able to adjust the level.
Big Chance you lost your low bean cuting line; also big chance that now you are ofuscating other drivers due to cutting line los. i have studied how headlights work and now i understand its not so simple to change light source, there is a hole optics happening inside headlights. Thanks for sharing your experience !
You should check look into getting a new-to-you gauge cluster, I got one from a 2016 for my 2012 and it is so much nicer, adds a couple new features as-well. There are a couple of videos on youtube about swapping; it's pretty much a direct fit, there is one cut you have to make on a plastic shroud, once the new cluster is in it is impossible to see the cut. I can PM you a couple of pics if you are interested.
I completely agree with you about the fittings and wires, luckily Amazon carrries adapters for these bulbs specifically so you can actually fit the bulb instead of just throwing it in there and it delegates your wires as well :-)
How were you able to pull the headlight housing off without pulling the bumper? I thought there were 3 screws holding it in, plus like a hook thing. Also, did you buy the H7 adaptor to fit the bulb in properly? It's sort of just flopping around in there.
V G so as for the bulb it actually is the H7 bulb but I haven’t gotten any adapter and as for the headlights themselves there’s two screws holding them down but not connected to the bumper of that makes sense? They’re attached the the body of the engine bay so just remove those, disconnect the wire attached to the bottom, and pull out an angel for the clip to release
@@InfiniteGamerXI Good to know thanks. I plan to do a LED low beam swap myself, and thought I'd have to take the front bumper off to do so. This is the adaptor that I was talking about. You attach it to the LED connector and it will screw properly into the socket. Then you can aim the LEDs to 9 and 3 o'clock so the light pattern is correct. www.amazon.com/GZXY-Headlight-Adapter-SportageR-Veloster/dp/B01J5SCQ1I/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=h7+adapter+hyundai&qid=1601152452&sr=8-3
terrible job. The light should fit tight, You need and adapter. You can get LASFIT 6000k PLUG AND PLAY, AND YOU WILL NOT NEED AN ADAPTER, IT WILL BE EVEN QUICKER. SORRY
It’s so crazy how your car looked at the beginning when you first got it and now bro it’s looking fire
Joshua Lainez thank you josh!! I appreciate you!

So it’s plug and play? Apart from some little details ?
This build is bad ass, are you ever going to do lambo doors or some crazy door mods like such?
TacoSlayer 555 thank you ! And honestly I don’t think so, it’s not in my plans but we’ll see ! Haha
Bro i think it would need a h7 led adapter to lock perfectly
Love your car ❤️❤️
Habib Gamer thank you!!
How did you get the blinking braking lights ?
Jonathan Herrera eBay! Haha
I got 2012 Veloster....does this work too?
would this fit a 2013 base?
It should be able to work from 2013-2017 base models :-)
Did you get the kit to hold the bulb in place?
Jay ????? I actually have not but they’ve held up perfectly till now !
@@InfiniteGamerXI can you tell me if its the H11B or H7 bulb?
Jay ????? H7 my friend 🙏🏽
@@InfiniteGamerXI what is the color temperature if you dont mind?
Not really liking that loose bulb fitting and the power and ground wires tucked near each other with no protection from touching each other.
