You can use this warm up for at home or gym workouts where you will be doing weight lifting, or hiit style conditioning pieces. great workout. I am musically challenged .. so in some i am not looking at screen so i don't know when to change.. maybe a bell or voice for the change helps numpties like me pls.

Great warm up. A beep or something to mark the 30 seconds are over would be perfect in the next one because as others said as well before i dont look all the time at the screen

Yup. It's done through the downward dog yo upward dog exercise.
Won't be doing this again. A beep to indicate change of pose would have been nice. I realised 1min later that you had changed to another pose
