    I also use herbal enemas, herbal suppositories, yoga and pilates for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness and back pain.

    You got anything for neck/traps?
    It doesn't matter what stretch I do it doesn't get better, if I lift my arms in front of me, to the side or on top of my head they get tired really quickly and I also feel it constantly even without doing that

      Hit the palms down and back, complete flexor stretch, focus on thoracic extension etc to gradually reduce the compression and tightness in your brachial plexus....
