    This video is so underappreciated. Thanks, I have problems of me straining my neck, this helps me to learn how not to. Also it helped me make better mind muscle connection of so far ignored back that I can bench press 120 lbs but can't do couple of pull ups.

      @@DrDansPlan Thanks for asking. It went great. You could feel it just after the first set. By the time I finished the workout I was tapping out!

      Seriously! .... Standing around in the kitchen or wherever, so great to get your backchain fired up and balance your muscular system out!

    Hi, I have some really bad posture with incredible neck pain (straight neck). My doctor recommended that I strengthen my latissimus dorsi and it'll help my posture.

    How often do you do this?

    • @DrDansPlan
      @DrDansPlan  2 роки тому +1

      At least a few minutes every day. Feels wonderful to zone and hone in on the imbalances present at every Spinal level and begin putting the symmetry back into your brain.... Some days I'll spend a solid 20m with hands in different positions and body twisting to really get a solid workout!

      @@DrDansPlan Awesome. I watched the other 3-4 doorway isometrics too, that are before and after this video. Can all these be done in the same day, everyday, or do we need to do each video on separate days if starting out? Also can we do one arm at a time?
