These are not deals anymore. The point of the auction is you are getting an unknown quantity, but at a reduced rate for that reason. Who wants an unknown truck at near dealer prices?? Not Me! haha. Appreciate the video ET. 👍👍
Best comment on here ☝️ With auction I've seen or attended in the last 5 years or so, everything seems to go for about what it's worth. Screamin' deals at auctions are very rare!
For the Paccar trucks you should differentiate between those with a Cummins engine and those with a Paccar engine. It make a difference in the resale value.
Yep if u buy a truck from an auction u better be ready to spend alot of money on that truck bc u get it cheap at auction but it's needs major mechanical work and body work done to it and ppl take things to auction to sell bc the maintenance cost is higher then payment of new truck
After 500000 miles there is nothing left in the truck which is reliable. I m driving truck for 20 years as an owner operator so the way you start conversation it seems like you know how to make clips but you have no clue about trucks. Which part of a truck doesn't need repair after 500000 miles can you plz tell me
I say you are better off trying mega carriers who are selling off their older semis life Schneider trucks. I don’t think going The auction route is a good idea unless you have loads of money and are fine with having to get it road ready.
I got a trucking company 3 years in business now, never missed a truck payment but for some stupid reason I listen to a consolidation company who told me not to make payments on them I got my credit score trash but I might need a truck soon I make around 20-25k a month. Any suggestions on how to obtain credit for a truck. Personal credit ruin but company credit cards always made payment and credit score in company should be good. Any suggestions please?
Hey ronen. I finally got my credit back on track after 5 years of hard work and dedication, no debt . Credit score around 775 . I was gonna buy a new car this week , changed my mind . I wanna buy my own truck this time, I've been trucking for the 27 years otr . Any advice, please 🙏. I thank you kindly.
Ronen you said in a past video about your truck spec. Comments were not enabled so couldn't put it there. You never listened rearend ratios on you fleet per fuel ratio
Pete is taking the bottom of the barrel. And no mention of International on this list. The Pete is the new international and International is not even heard of anymore
After watching your videos about multiple bankrupt truck company’s, truck prices at a fair purchase value. ALL IM HEARING IS ITS TIME TO GET INTO THE INDUSTRY !!!
This guy !👆😂😂 Go ahead and jump in right now. Let these holidays fool you ha ha! Don’t blame anyone when you’re working all the time with nothing to show for it!

@@DC9Douglas the real question is who wants to buy knowing trucking rates are dead

You're right, it does make a difference!
Nobody wants the paccar engine!

Truck Paper had some crazy good deals last night on 20-22 Cascadias. 330k miles for 60k

He forgot to mention buyers fees, Ritchie Bros screws the buyers and sellers with maximum fees
Is that so?
@@NorthAmerican-Trucking-News yep
Thanks Ronen! I appreciate these videos!
A Cummins engine that is smoged is at the end of it life at 600,000 miles.
Can you tell me what Western Star 4900 models are selling for?

Potentially
Volvo and Freightliner selling for more than a pete or a kw? Wow that's backwards....tells me paccar motor isn't as popular as the others
Paccar actually has a terrible reputation currently
I started truckin when I was 22yo back in 2020 and I'm yet to hear words "reliable and good" in the same sentence with Pacca lol
@notgonnalie2956 back in the day. A nice W900 KW with a 425 Cat was a nice truck
It could be just a seasonal factor
It's plausible
End of year tax buying inflation, January prices will crash..
Yikessss

Can I sell my truck there?
Is it only for fleets?
You'd have to contact them directly

Paccars are cheaper
