You're welcome! Unfortunately, I could not recall the questions anymore, but they mostly involved the "STAR" method in answering the questions. I remember one question about workplace conflict and what's your most ideal way of solving one.

Hi! I'm done with the initial interview yesterday currently waiting for the client's interview or the calendar interview. Do you have an idea how long it takes? for training do you need to open the camera?
Hi, I am not sure if the process is still the same, but I only had 2 interviews and after I passed the initial interview, they scheduled me right away for another interview and then I got scheduled for training. One of the best parts about training is that they don't require you to turn on your camera (even on interviews!) but again, I'm not sure if things are still the same 😊

Congratulations on making it to the training! It's alright to be nervous, but don't let it overpower you. Break a leg! 💪

Hi, I was not able to continue my VA journey with magic. My first client interview was not a match so I decided to go with the other offer that I had. But with the paid training, I think I got it a few days after I passed. They sent it thru bank transfer. Good Luck with the training! ☺️

Hi! The training is mostly on the software they’re using (which I am not sure if they still do) and Executive Assistant Tasks. It’s mostly tasks that EAs do like calendar management and so.

Hi, I'm not sure if it's still the same but the initial assessment only took me 3 days, then 1 day for the final assessment.

Hello po, don't worry about your English skills po, it's something that can be learned and honed. When I started working in the corporate industry, my writing skills were way better than my speaking skills. This is a skill that gets better along the way po, and besides, you don't need to be really "excellent" with your comm skills. At least you are able to communicate or convey your ideas po. I have met VAs who are more skilled and disciplined than those who have the fluency in English po. Kaya niyo po yan, research lang po about the industry and try to focus on the niche that you find the most interesting AJA!

What would you say about the live training's pass rate? Do most people pass or fail, or what does it generally take?
Hey, our batch had a high passing rate. On week 1, I guess only 2 people did not make it on week 2. And on week 2, there were only 2 people who did not pass.

It's okay po, you can try again if you want to, but you can also look for opportunities offered by other agencies. Marami na pong VA agencies ngayon offering great working environment and salary 💕

Hello, I am not sure what Magic prefers, but if you are to ask me - No. I guess the level of your English speaking skill would depend on the niche. If Executive Assistant yung position, I guess you really need to be fluent kasi it involves interacting with people over the phone and thru email.
