How did you get your lines to be smooth and not have that grainy texture show up when drawing? Did you have a blender, or did you just keep going over it with different pencils? Cheers!
The Magic Box- I keep going over it adding more and more layers until I have cover it. No colourless blender was used in this drawing!
Artology that's awesome, thanks so much for the reply :) it must be the paper you're using, I use strathemore tone tanned paper, and I've tried the layer method and I'm still getting that grainy texture! How hard were you pressing down? (I'm assuming softly, lol!)
The Magic Box - I think you might need to press harder on to the paper. It also helps to keep a sharper point on the pencil!
Artology thanks so much for the tips, really helps me get better :) I hate sharpening because the pencil runs out so fast, I know I need to though! Thanks so much again!
