ALEKSEY ENCHEV was born on 20/09/1989 in the city of Varna, Bulgaria. He is young and has already established a bagpiper from Varna. Began playing the bagpipes in 1999. He graduated from the National School of Arts Dobri Hristov - Varna and then the Music Academy in Plovdiv. He is currently a professor in the School of Arts in Varna.
