For the center piece of the diffuser u should have put the matte side facing in as the rest of the kit is gloss side up and out and the center is matte black. No hate just a suggestion beautiful car btw been watching since ur first video of the widebody build keep the vids coming love seeing you do this all from scratch props to you
Kyle - for straight cuts clamp a straight piece of wood or metal to the plastic, and then use a skill saw with a fine toothed blade butted up against the straight piece of wood or metal. Keep up the good work.

I had suggested doing aluminum sides a few videos back, but the black looks perfect and really clean.
Any concerns with the ABS melting when it's that close to the exhaust? You're clearly putting a lot of effort into this and it would be a shame if you had to do it over again.
I think this a very good point. Most abs plastics (unless you have a special heat resistant version) start to get soft and bendy around 176F (80C). I would look in to this.
I think it would probably have been a smart precaution to maybe put down some heat shielding down

Where do you buy that big sheets of ABS?
I suggest that the bending part of the diffuser that you will replace it with a curving one like the diffuser from a pandem gtr or an rb gtr

Honestly no. I have a CSL style carbon fiber trunk which I think flows better. It's not as obvious as a ducktail spoiler, but it's cleaner.

Ryan R I found a local distribution center for plastics. Talked to them and they were happy to sell me a couple sheets.
