Thanks Esox! The last few years that bay has been my go to for a fish fry! I wish you all the best luck when you venture out. Thanks for watching bud and Happy New Year!
Thanks Big! I was a little worried about you when I didn't see a comment on the rifle video. Nice to hear from you and Happy New Year my friend! Take care!
As I've said so many times, The Madison Chain amazes me!! That fishery is absolutely amazing. It continues to produce great results. Super video Mark Thanks Mik
Nice video mark!! Still playing catch up on videos. Looked like a great time was had. I think you had a few meals with that catch👍 thanks for sharing it with us
Excellent set up and equal results! A fantastic day well captured in video. Good job. Helluva day. The Petes are the dynamic duo! Thanks for sharing!!!
Tons of fun I'll bet! Good for you, Mark! 😊 Hittin' Tomahawk area in mid February to do some pannie fishin' with Casey (fishing thread dude). Wouldn't mind bringing a limit o' gills back to the FRV! HAPPY NEW YEAR, man! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Happy New Year Mark! Great catch there! Hope to get out on the Pete again soon. My first trip there this year was pretty uneventful other than watching some crazy guy drive his truck out there!
Thanks Steve and Happy New Year to you! The Pete can be tough but I love the challenge! Managed a handful of shorts right before Christmas. I really hope to make it out on the 25th! We are making ice! Good luck when you venture back out bud!
Looks like a solid day on the lake with some good people yet again! Ill be sure to bring some coors lite for walleye Wednesday so I can enjoy a beer with ya sir!
As you age its important to surround yourself with good people! I feel blessed to have achieved that. You're in that group bud! Looking forward to a brew and Wednesday Walleyes with you!
Well Hello Brother Mark! Man you and Dan, and Don really got into a mess of NICE Bluegills! You need to mak a video of you guys cooking them up! I appreciate the “High Life” shout out! Man that looks cold! How warm does the “Buddy Heater” get inside your Ice shanty? Great video again! Thanks for taking us along with you guys! It’s a lot of fun to watch! Brother….. Keep living……………..”The High Life”
@jamesrice4731 thanks brother! As soon as I saw that High Life I thought of you! The shanty probably gets in the 70's, plenty warm to take the coat off! Catch and cook may be in the future! Thanks for watching and good luck to your Bucs! We may meet up in the playoffs. Go Pack Go!
All those things plus good friends do equal a great day! Looks like my Packers may be playing your Eagles next week? Man I hope its a good game! Happy New Year to you and Crabby!
I still own two gas augers, one i got for free and the other i think i bought for 20 bucks for spare parts. Havent used it in 3 or 4 years now. Been hoping to find a 10 inch for it for when i will need a real large hole.
I bought mine from the Jiffy online store about 10 years ago. If you have a Jiffy an auger blade was very reasonable on that site. Thanks for watching Steve!
@markpro96 it's a real old auger, it's a Strikemaster before Strikemaster was the brand they put on them. Uses the old single blade. Unfortunately it spins the opposite way as Jiffys do so I can't use their stuff with it, I have to get Strikemaster products.
@GrandpaV1989 Thursday the 2nd, a few days ago. Ice is only getting better. We were on the main bay. Drill a hole and check to make sure you are not in heavy weeds. Good luck and thanks for watching!
@joeldonner1884 Joel, just looked it up for Madison Chain. Small fish like bluegill you can consume one meal per week. Larger game fish i.e. walleye or pike, one meal per month.
Not a bad day! I'm in envy. We finally have some good ice down here so now I just need to get out there. Nice mess of gills Mark!🍻
Thanks Esox! The last few years that bay has been my go to for a fish fry! I wish you all the best luck when you venture out. Thanks for watching bud and Happy New Year!
