Great video! I've got a lathe chuck which it appears the MT2 arbor is not straight which means I cannot centre a drill. I can now remove it and see what the problem is. Thanks, Ciladog, you've just made my day - 5 years after you made the video.
Thank you for this information. You made my day. You learn something every day, and yes you can teach an old dog (80 years old) new tricks....Ken marina CA
I was not aware one could drill through these, that's very helpful. I have always had good luck with warming the chuck and using wedges. Thanks Ciladog and hope you make your mark.
Save those big lathe cutting tools they will make good visual patterns for grinding smaller tool bits for your lathe. Much more helpful than a picture in a book.

The best vídeo of all I watched. YOU really know how to explain without unnecessary steps. Thank you.

Very helpful and your lessons are great ... enjoy your smoke and drink ... OORAH!!
Nice. A couple of engine valves in the tool box would come in handy.
