I dunno what was going on with the chunk picker tasks, but you did have access to a primary source of potato seeds and in turn stew. So it makes sense that you should have been able to do that from when you unlocked the chunk.
And churning the milk into cheese should have been a task as you also had access to that from the get go, but that never showed up? That is 48 cooking.
Don't blame you if you skipped this task as the tracker being unreliable is out of your control, but maybe if you go back to it you should be able to check that off from a task.
I did ask about the cheese and someone gave me a real answer (based on my actual chunk rules), but I don't remember it entirely hahah, but yes they did say the potatoes & stew had to be there from the start but weren't for some reason :|
@@EctograssIt seems weird that a potato seed drop would be missed, but there's a ton of stuff in the game, so things being missed is pretty common, plus the game can update and require ongoing work to keep the picker in sync. For cooking specifically, your old task went poof because there's a higher-level task taking its place. About the cheese task that was pointed out, the vanilla rules use the lowest level for the ingredient, whereas the extreme rules use the highest. It's the difference between having to cut logs into arrow shafts vs. a shield for example (unless a higher-level item is a new bis, which is a separate kind of task). In this case, both items use milk, so it picks the lowest milk product, but a different ingredient needing a higher level to process will take priority over milk.
