I love listening to him speak. It makes me feel very relaxed and stress free.
It is great listening to Peter Brook. Enormously educative& enriching.
Peter Brooks is one of those rare and marvellously insightful people that I greatly regret not having sought out and met in person (EDIT: corrected mistaken impression he was deceased).
Mr. Brooks, if you ever see this, THANK YOU for introducing me to the Mahabharata, and for all your other wonderful works I have yet to enjoy.
Thank you for your comment: Peter Brook (without an S at the end!) is still alive... and very active...
Text und Bühne OMG ... ty for correcting that false impression. I fixed my post accordingly. 😳
I have no idea where I'd read that. Assuming true, I definitely have to see if he is still working or not, and if not perhaps send a letter of gratitude.
Omg I just love this guy... A great tragedy of the century that artists think they are different
I hope more theatre directors have opportunity to bring their vision to screen.
i could listen to him..... forever..
thans Peter, and thanks again ... penetrated simplicity to touch the essential .... hope one day, "birds of the worlds" will gather together in a great great deep conference for a journey to Simorgh ...
Love this!
Super wonderful. Belief through work.
Well, Brook makes a distinction between past and present . . . that is not necessarily as conclusive as he makes it sound on this occasion.
The jounalist is trying to look for the speed solutions to a quite complex questions. Luckily, Mr. Brook gives the appropriate time to his answers stopping the topics about his work and theater in general.
Theres no easy answer Mr Rose in the game of lifes snakes and ladders
for me its the pawnbroker
He does have a habit of interrupting, doesn't he?
Ha ha. De Vere plus God
