      the idea behind working in that mid ROM is to keep constant tension on the chest whilst minimizing the involvement of shoulders and triceps....
      If your primary goal is size, you gotta find a ROM that works best for you....I've seen massive improvements in my shoulder development by limiting my ROM for overhead press to just the bottom half of the movement...

      AF723 No way that can be true! That goes against everything I read in Muscle Magazines and watched on UA-cam!!
