Kimin Kim always takes my breath away, but all of these have been interesting to watch. Nice to see the young Akane Takeda: it's been good to see her develop at the RB.
Thanks yet again for a really interesting and fun quiz! I got 16 right....but shocked I didn't recognise Osipova by her face or her dancing. She must have been so young there, but even then, amazing.
I was quite sure that this would be not too easy. I got 15/20 (which could be probably one from my lowest results here ....). There were so many dancers I simply never heard of...But it was nice to see the younger versions of the dancers I know...I also tried to figure out the performed ballet pieces (It's so hard without context - as I usually only watch full performances and no competitions...)
Well done! It wasn't easy, that's true. Competitions are a very specific thing for sure. Thank you for watching and playing along, even though "dancers" is not your favourite category ❤️
@@BalletQuiz Even if it's harder for me - It's interesting to learn on this way. Meanwhile, also the dancers got more important for me than originally. But I strongly connect dancers with iconic parts (such like Vadim Muntagirov with Conrad and Sergei Filin with Ta-Hor (; )
I just made thirteen right answers. And my favourite piece is 'Cojucaro's Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux Variation; her 'Gargouillade' at @ 5:46 is rather gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤❤❤❤️❤️! Thanks again @ Ballet Quiz for another beautiful compilation video ❤❤😊.
To @tamirmickens89 Thank you very much tho, you're just being honest stating your comment. Still, for me, I quite admire 'Cojucaro's performance' and I love her 'gorgeous' gargouillade ❤❤❤❤❤.
Fantastic how you keep coming up with new ideas (not that I mind the old favourites). And this was a good one - though I did get all of the dancers I know as their older selves. They were all pretty distinctive from the start... Was reminded, by the commenter who mentioned watching full ballets rather than competitions, that youtube channel Ballet Reign talked about what the differences are, and why, on one of their videos. That was really interesting!
@@BalletQuiz they're good, aren't they? Ballet Reign, this channel, and Eva Nys photography are some of my favourites at the moment. Though there are a lot of other good ones, too... We're so lucky to have all this dance on the internet!
Magníficos bailarines todos.... Pero lejos muy lejos mis favoritos desde que eran pequeños los magistrales... IVÁN VASILIEV Y NATALIA OSIPOVA..... por algo están donde están... 👋🇨🇱
19/20 Nunca habia visto bailar a Paul Marke. El resto algunos muy conocidos x las caras inconfundibles (como x ejemplo) Acosta, Osipova, Kim, Lopatkina o Guillem y dos x descarte.
Most of the ones I got right were guesses, but I was pretty sure about Sylvie Guillem, I knew the one dancer wasn't Misty Copeland, but I knew Natalia Osipova For Sure!!! ☺🩰💗
No one has ever danced as beautifully as Sylvie!
Sylvie Guillem? She's just a legend!
Sylvie!
Got 16/ 20 . Great idea for a quiz and a great challenge! You can see how massively talented all these dancers were even before their rise to fame!
Great score! Thank you so much ❤️ and yes, talent can not be hidden 😊
18/20 and Sylvie Guillem is my all-time favorite.
Well done ! Yes, she's beyond this world ❤️
@Ballet Reign should see this
Maybe one day 😊
19/20 My classic score! It was another interesting idea for quiz by the way, and very amusing too! Continue with your challenging videos!
Thank you so much and well done for your amazing score! ❤️

Absolutely, thank you for watching and answering ❤️
A lovely collection and quiz, thanks!
I'm glad you mentioned even Tetsuya Kumakawa. Would be awesome to see him to dance too.
Thank you! He's a great dancer, but unfortunately, it's not easy to find good footage of him performing
Thanks yet again for a really interesting and fun quiz! I got 16 right....but shocked I didn't recognise Osipova by her face or her dancing. She must have been so young there, but even then, amazing.
That's a great score! The angle was not an easy one for Osipova. Thank you so much for watching and playing along ❤️
15/20 thank you for these quizzes!!
Thank you for watching and playing along ❤️
Did you post a video guess the future star as they were student? For exemple sylvie guillem, aurelie dupont. Svetlana zakharova and others.
I actually have! Here it is ua-cam.com/video/-9cMeibdWvA/v-deo.html
My favorite is Carlos Acosta. He is cuban like me 😊
Yes, legendary dancer!! Thank you for watching ❤️

Got 18/20. They are all so talented. That's very difficult to have only a favourite one. I choose Sylvie, Osipova and Kimin. ❤
Very well done ❤️ 👏

I hate to be a jerk, but that was lowkey a terrible gargouillade. Her left foot didn’t even rond.

There will never be another like Sylvie Guillem...

I wasn't keeping track, but I got about half. Some I immediately recognized and others was just a process of elimination based on the year.
That's great! Thank you for playing ❤️
so fun! I love all the old footage from prix de lausanne. Thanks so much for this. (18/20)

Very well done! Paul Marque is an amazing dancer, a principal at the Paris Opera. Thank you for watching ❤️
Gracias, hay más videos de el?
Yes, here's one ua-cam.com/video/XNkYluvwoRo/v-deo.htmlsi=aMW2AW7qc-21d9gK
Not as many as I should have 😆
The goal is to have fun! Thank you for watching ❤️
17/20 SYLVIE GUILLEM 💞💞💞💞💞 NATALIA OSIPOVA💕💕💕💕
