Gotta use the sequential shifter my guy especially to get the fire downshifts and turn off traction control in awd the traction control on will still cut power when u launch ir and are whippin it hard fire vids tho💯
Thanks bro! I’ll record another one with traction control off. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
It down shifts in sport mode wen u are at a high speed and u brake hard but goated car bro🔥
You should put another VQ37 engine for your 37 instead of your 35. The 35 give a different thrill like you said bro you gon mess around and have 2 g37s. I feel like you should do it to your 37 then maybe boost bc of your mirage now, nice vid bro keep them coming! 😎
I’m still thinking about what I wanna do long term to the G35. I may VHR swap it or just build on the DE 😂😂 idk but i appreciate you for watching 💯💯
love watching ur g37 videos , ur the reason i got my muffler and resonator delete on my g37.🤷🏽♂️
They like baby GTR sounding in a way. Way better then these trash mustang owners obnoxious bs
These cars have big potential if you rebuild the engine and do much more with everything else, just had my engine rebuilt after getting a shitty car from the dealership a year & a half ago, one of my headgaskets blew so I replaced every component inside the engine and its been the most strongest its ever been Im planning on supercharging it at some point for now its just the oem IPL body kit and some clear tail lights with a catback exhaust
I believe you! These cars are so fun and I can only imagine when you do the supercharger how fun it’s gonna be. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
Go over 40 mph and tap the break a little hard and it will down shift
Oh ok that’s how you do it a little more. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
Honestly you should try renting a bmw with the b58 engine, i had a q50 red sport but some fine individual decided to steal it left a bad taste in my mouth so i went with a bmw 540i and man that thing is a monster
Bro I just bought a clean ass 2013 g37x. Fuck mane. Bought gas yesterday drove around the block and already on half tank😭 love the power tho.
These are gas guzzlers lol but try to add some gas additives it will help your mpg.
Enjoy your g37, car is a beast....I have one, it my wife's now. I just banged up my 2015 Q50 3.7, waiting to get it fixed, love the Q50, the interior is a bit outdated.
I didn’t know the g37 had sport mode as far as the q50 as it have the drive mode selector that has different modes
Yes always come to stop tho beforr switching it to DS from normal or DS to manual in mid drive. To much of it without it at a stop makes the valve body go out haha
@@CarAdventuresWithReg i switch in and out of ds and d bc on d it cruises easier than when ur in sport take ur foot of gas it slows down a lot that will make the valve body go out
I literally just bought this exact car so this video is awesome cause I can’t drive it till mondayyyy
good vid. ngl, I have no idea why I haven’t even done a pull in my coupe. cops are kind of active where I live and I already got 2 tickets.
Don’t do it then lol it’s not worth the ticket or trouble. Try to do freeway pulls instead. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
@@CarAdventuresWithReg good idea. lmao I’ll definitely take it on the freeway since I haven’t done pulls yet. Never did them in my G25, it was a beautiful car just not very fast like my new 37.
g37x question. berk non res test pipes, megan racing y pipe, custom piping w 2 vibrant resonators, to a muffler delete. how do you think this will sound? loud? raspy? deep?
Tbh I’m not sure if it will sound deep or raspy but it will sound louder and I think it should sound good.
berk high flow cats and topspeed axle back is all you need. keep resonators worst thing i did was cut resonators off
I can totally get behind the twin turbo 3.8 GTR engine swap. But I doubt it’s gonna be fast as a GTR unless you get the transmission and differential gears to go with it.
Yea I was planning putting everything that a GTR has in my G37. But I don’t have money for that type of build 😂😂 so I’ll keep dreaming. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
tryna convince my grandma to trade in my car to get one, so far it’s a maybe but probably not :/
other than shiity fuel economy i love my g, however wish it was manual because it’s nowhere near engaging as my old fbo 8th gen civic
I agree the fuel economy is not the best but I love my G. Thanks for watching 💯💯
does it feel like a luxury brand, thinking of picking one up for a daily in another country
It’s not a pure luxury car but it has it features. You have some luxury and sporty performance.
Do you have any problems with the G? If so what do I look out for? I’m wanna buy one very soon. Love the content
look out for the bad mpg. you may see a low mileage g37 but don’t fall for it how i did 🤦🏽♂️. stock i get 5 mpg its ridiculous
@@trapnfinatic7706 Same bro. I was excited to get my first G35xs but then after I realized i was only getting 7 mpg
I haven’t had any problems with mine besides the heater hose going out, but it’s been a solid car as long as you take care of it or the person before. The mpg is not the best but not the worst I tend to get about 300 miles out of my tank. But overall a good car!
Recently bought a 2012 G37 rwd with 80k. Quick car, but the handling is not superb, as the rack is 3.0 turns LTL. Our '08 Aura is only 2.6 turns. The really crappy thing are the highway revs in the G37. Only 60mph at 2k rpm is a total JOKE!! The 3.36 rear axle ratio needs to be 3.16 and the 7th gear O/D needs to be .64 instead of .77. Any V6 doing less than 70 at 2k is just DUMB.
The g37 trans is a lil stupid at times but overall a great car. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
@@CarAdventuresWithReg just posted my 85-122 G37 pull I did yesterday.
im getting a g37 but idk if i should get a mnaul or auto
It’s a personal preference. No matter what you get your gonna have lots of fun! Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
Awd versions of rwd cars will always be heavier, so no the awd g37 doesnt pull harder than the rwd
Do you think the g37 is a good first like for someone who is in high school?
you finna spend all your pocket money on fuel ⛽️ if you want something that’s actually fun get a manual 4 cylinder like 8th gen si or rsx
What’s the exauhst set up mane in need the exact details
@@CarAdventuresWithReg I got just a muffler delete rn what resignator a exactly I have a 2012 g37 awd
@@Fitnessboyoli it’s called vibrant resonators you can by from z1 motorsports. Get the 2.5 inch one
Im getting m37 infinity I wanna do the muffler delete with the vibrant ? I should do it
It will sound good. But you will need two vibrant resonators for the M37
@@CarAdventuresWithReg One for each side right - gotcha I got the link you posted
Yo bro have you gotten your oil gallery gaskets done
@@CarAdventuresWithRegim at 130k miles and I’m getting mine done as preventative maintenance, definitely worth looking into bro
I've a question, you really prefer an at transmission over a manual one?
I honestly don’t know how to drive a manual but even if I did I will probably go auto just because I don’t wanna shift gears all the time.
Go with the manual bro Automatic cars get boring after a while. You will not regret it
@@VQ.Family A stick is a pain on the knee, trust me. I learned to drive on a stick and still can drive them but in the city, it's a pain.
@@SportsMusicCars yeah whenever I get to that point where my knee starts to hurt I’ll stick to my motorcycle. I can still manually shift my own gears by operating a clutch and remain a happy motorist
brother I have a 2011 g37 mine is limited to 4k rpm when I accelerate in P do you know if it is some limiter or what I could do, soon I will eliminate my resonator and muffler adding a vibrant you inspired me to do it
Yes it’s a rev limiter, the only way you can get rid of it is by a tune unfortunately. You can’t go wrong with a muffler delete and vibrant Resonator set up. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
What?? 4k rpm?? Why are you revving it to 4k in P anyway?? You're not supposed to rev the crap out of an engine with no load on it.
is it bad if i drive my g37 in sports mode bc i’ve heard it can mess with ur motor and trans
What’s the exhaust set up?
@@CarAdventuresWithReg 3 in piping? Or … kinda fuck with it. I need to hear a cold start bro
@@andrewruiz4154 It’s the oem piping. This is the best set up you can get if you not tryna drop bands on a exhaust. I did a cold start on it, check out the first drive with the stillen gen 3.
@@CarAdventuresWithReg ok I’m new to this bro lol I got a g37s. Would I get that oem piping at the shop or you have a link? I fuck with the sound bro I want to do it to mine or something similar. Just need help on where to get it
every car in 2023 nowadays has around 300+hp lol, g37 are really nothing at this point
@@Blassie.P I have a g myself lmao. I know the caps of these cars, and they are nothing special. They were at one point, but not anymore.
@@superbros1690 theyre definitely special cars. Not too many rwd N/A big v6s out there anymore. The era they came from was just so different. I know what you mean about the power/speed of it though, like shit with all these electric and turbo cars we are really fighting out here lmfao. Can't ever replace that 7500 rpm redline scream though 😁
@@drrew2058 I have the g37x, so unfortunately I cant really have that experience. But when you look at like cars such as the gr corolla with 3 cylinders outputting 300hp. That is insane. One thing I would like to say is that the g37 is heavy and thats what I really dislike, the engine does sound good but I barely get anywhere with it since all the hp is at the top band, it feels really slow at any speed. It is good for the money though, that I agree. 300 hp plus luxury, awd in my case, very reliable. For its time, I think its one of the best.
Cross shopping this with a 2014-2015 V6 Accord. Since I’m in college, the 4 cylinder makes the most sense- but after driving the V6 accord and this, the exhilaration of the driving experience is incomparable.
It’s a lot of fun driving a V6 or V8 but gas will definitely be a issue but I recommend what’s ever the easiest on your pockets. Thanks for watching bro 💯💯
Never buy a 4cyl. Lack of fun is not worth the money you save on gas
@@elongnutz2531I feel this especially if you’re not driving tons of miles a week
Look for a 4 cylinder Accord with the 6 speed manual. They're alot of fun to Rev out and they'll do 0-60mph in a bit less than 7 seconds. I have a G37, and had a Lexus ISF V8 loaner. The 4 cylinder is alot of fun to Rev out, with high 20mpg or 30mpg mixed driving
