    The glass of water used in the recipe is 250 ml.
    The tea glass used in the recipe is 90 ml.
    For the dough;
    2 eggs
    35 g granulated sugar (4 level tablespoons)
    35 grams butter at room temperature
    100ml milk
    1 teaspoon of salt
    6 grams of dry yeast
    580 g flour (4 cups + half a tea glass)
    For tangzhong dough;
    120 ml whole milk
    120ml water
    40 grams of flour (half a finger less than half a tea glass)
    milk to drizzle
    20-25 grams of melted butter to spread on it when you take it out of the oven
    12 slices of cheddar cheese
