I think Colet among the girls has the ear of music I often see's here conducting the harmonies of the group checking out everybody does their part well that's why she often lift her headphone don't know this is just an observation
Collete is in a kind of a tricky postion as the Ace of the team. She's going from a lower register during the harmonies, that's why she wanted to be concious of her sound before she jumps to her high notes. Incredible singer. I know this is what they are trained (and supposed) to do, but its kinda sweet to see her do her best in making sure she doesnt topple over the girls voice and making sure she is in hamony with them.

I think Colet do the headphone thingy because she has a perfect pitch and wants to hear the harmony (the sound is so loud in the headphone, that's why she's removing it to hear better). When she smiles, you know that they're on a good pitch and harmony. (I just read this on other comment as well)
colet doesn't have perfect pitch, or at least she has not confirmed it. people just assumed it because they think relative pitch is the same as perfect pitch.

Nope, most of the singers do that too, especially when performing in a wish bus. Even Mikha and Maloi do that sometimes.
