I would like to let you know something.i am a doctor by profession and I am saying this out of the logic and mechanisms of action. You should never use vit c and retinol together.
You can use vit c in the morning time and use retinol at night on alternate days if you are a beginner to build up the skin's tolerance.

No pblm...it's good for acne and pimples too...but do a patch test in one small portion of your pimple area and check for any allergies or reactions...after that you can apply to the whole area if you are confident and fine

Ma’am can we use the retinol face wash everyday? I am a big big fan of you mam. I am 61 and still try and follow most of the things you show. I apply oil on my face every day then i use mama earth face wash. i use glycerin and rose water after bath and apply flaxseed gel every day also use plum creams every day. I am also a big fan of magic oven and i have got all your receipe books. Mam when you say something i blindly follow.
Very happy to read your feedbacks dear...you can replace the face wash which you are using now with this retinol face wash and can also start using retinol serum 3 or 4 times a week before going to sleep...but before using do a patch test...you can use our diy face serum as a moisturizer after applying this...oil massage should be continued every day ...this way continue to pamper and look after yourselves dear ❤🤗
