The thing that astounds me is how these people with relatively easy blackheads to get out don’t do it themselves. I feel for so many of these folks with inflamed skin, it looks like it hurts but like this? That wouldn’t be 9n my face for very long, I’d be popping them.
We don’t understand their customs,traditions, religious practices etc. I always say that many cultures have their own reasons for doing things the way that they do.

Are you able to remove blackheads from under the skin easy at home? I have one and my mother used a scalpel to make a bigger hole but it won’t come out completely same with my brother I think his is a pimple though and my mother tried the scalpel on his and it didn’t work either. It the any other ways to do it?
You mentioned in a different video that spas arent allowed to pierce the skin because that falls under medicine? Does that mean theyre breaking the law? can clinicians get a special licence to do this? Is the law different in different countries? (Or prehaps its just called "Sac Dep Spa" but its actually a proper dermatologist??)

I love pimple popping but i can't stomach the ones where they put the extractions on their glove 😫 I don't know if that's to show the patient how many there were or if they get paid for each one and that their proof,either way I can watch once i see them on the glove..🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

Doc, if you follow some of these videos from Vietnam, many of the blackheads are not fully expressed. This way, it keeps them in business!

Why don’t most dermatologists offer extractions to clients? Estheticians can’t use Lidocaine like a derm can.
After they took the top off, they need to squeeze to get everything out of the pore
