How to change the gasket on the rocker valve / camshaft cover on the VW Golf 2 🚗👨‍🔧

Please help after you remove the top cover that second cover does it have nuts to tighten it up or it stay lose?

in my case it doesn't have any screws and it doesn't look like it has any place where it could be fixed in screws
