What a great video 😊 I don't know how this is the first video of yours I'm seeing. Love your taste in plants, outlook, and great personality ☺️ Thank you, Lauren, at NST, for linking in your description! Now I have to bingewatch some videos, lol. Wish we were in the same country so we could swap 😁 So glad your kids are feeling better and you didn't come down with it as well! That seems to be inevitable when my kids get sick, lol. Have a great day, Jing! I look forward to your content ✨️ 🌺
I’m looking to buy a Begonia masonica (Iron Cross). It’s quite common but I love the texture and pattern on the leaves. A neighbour gave me one that was dying and hoped that I could save it but I think I killed it with kindness, so now I really want a healthy plant of my own. Thanks for sharing your Wishlist plants with us, hope you manage to get at least a couple of them this year.
Happy New Year! Omg those fuzzy green egg/butts are adorable, and cool. I’ve never seen those before, but seen something similar but it wasn’t fuzzy but more like a jelly bean. So hard to find cool succulents. That’s too bad that they aren’t too popular. Probably because they don’t grow fast unless you live somewhere like Arizona/Florida.
I enjoyed this video. If you get the crimson are you going to sun stress to get the pink like it without the pink. I hope you get at least some of your wish list.Thank you for taking the time to spend with us.I look forward to your next video.
I also have a couple AoS hybrids and can't wait for them grow up! Thanks for tagging me on the AoS post on facebook, but I'm too poor for that beauty 😂
Muiria hortenseae grows in South Africa. Only found seeds available online. Had no luck trying to grow lithops from seed, so won’t be trying this one, but it is the most adorable fuzzy green egg plant! I too started my plant journey with succulents & cacti before branching out to tropical plants. Happy New Year, Jing! I hope you find some of your wishlist plants this year.
Thank you so much for the information! Sounds like I will have to wait a long time to get those fuzzy green eggs, but I think they will eventually make it to North America!! Thanks for watching ❤️
I wonder if you already aquired a wishlist plant but then it died... Does it still stay on your wishlist lol? 🤔 The only plant i "want" at the moment is just Anthurium Veitchii, but i already killed this plant twice and I'm considering that it probably not meant to be 😂
I would consider that a wishlist plant still since you're still looking for one... 🤔 I usually give a plant 3 chances and I kill is 3 times, it's not a plant for me 🤣
I really want that Golden Dragon Variegated badly. But the price for a one leaf cutting is already 😨And what's worse is buying a 1 leaf cutting and 1st new leaf it grows, a reverted leaf. Too scary.
EXACTLY! Buying just 1 node of a variegated plant is a gamble especially with those sectoral variegation. Can get full green or full white leaves and neither is a good outcome...
The Muiria hortenseae is so friggin cute 🥹 Doing a Google search I found one for sale on eBay from Ukraine. I wonder whether it would survive shipping. I love the regular chiapense but you’re right, the variegated version is gorgeous! Not in my price range yet 😢
I love the green fuzzy eggs! 😅💚🥚 Love your video Jing! Wishlist plant videos are so fun. Learn about new plants is always fun
I still haven't found any green fuzzy eggs 😂
Thanks for sharing! I now want those Hoya's and the succulent. Love your videos
Glad you like them and thank you for watching!
That Hoya crimson queen splash is stunning and I can see why you fell in love with it.
It is stunning! I feel like it might be easier to find in the states
@@planthappens I looked on Etsy and could only find one small one for over $200. Too high a price for me.
@@planthappens I looked on Etsy which is where I get most of my plants, I couldn’t find it there.

Thank you so much for your comment and I really appreciate it! So glad to hear you enjoyed my video.
wow those little egg succulents are sooo cute. thanks for sharing such interesting and beautiful plants!
Thanks for visiting! It's too cute 🥰

Thank you for sharing! I'm not so great with begonias myself, but there are so many beautiful varieties!

I have the jelly bean one and they're not too difficult. I hope the muiria has similar care requirements.
My wishlist thus far is variegated Alocasia Stingray, Alocasia Flying Squid, fairy castle cactus and a Lepismium bolivianum
Flying squid is so interesting! I think variegated zebrinas are very pretty too.
I started with succulents too, I keep most of them outside. The fussy egg looks adorable 🥰
Those eggs are so adorable, but I'm also worried they're difficult to grow!

I think I'd definitely try to sun stress it, but I find they always fade to white eventually.
Oooh I also have the var chiapense on my list 👌🥹✨
I have lots of northern plant room’s AOS hybrids and they are so dark and beautiful 😍 Having the pure dark form would be a girl’s dream ✨
I also have a couple AoS hybrids and can't wait for them grow up! Thanks for tagging me on the AoS post on facebook, but I'm too poor for that beauty 😂
@@planthappens fair 😂 Me too!
Happy new year!! That dark phoenix red veins is gorgeous woah
Happy new year! That plant is out of this world 😱
Happy new year 🎉
Always look forward to your videos 🙌🏼
Hoya pandurata tsiang is beautiful 😻
I want Fussy green butts now 😂
Love to hear that! And yes, fuzzy green butts are the must have of the year 🤣
@@planthappens😂
Var chiapense 👁👁
I go
Happy New Year Jing! Oh my what an amazing wish list, I hope you get all of them this year💚
I hope so too!

Fuzzy green butts 😂💚
I love growing the Syngonium Chiapense. A variegated one would be a plant I’d definitely struggle to pass up 🤍
FUzzy green butts are the best 🤣 Yes! chiapense is such a hardy syngonium. It grows so well!
AOS dark form def on my list. But I can and will wait for the price to come down. The red vein version looks spectacularly spooky and I am for it too.
Yes, I am going to wait on the price to drop too! Red vein dark phoenix is a very striking one for sure.
Conophytum Calculus (or most conophytums) might be the next closest "egg",! but they're not fuzzy :|
I have a couple of them and they are also very adorable... and that's why I want a fuzzy version too 😁
This is a random comment but I wonder if you knit your cardigan and if so is it a Blue Sand? Interesting wish list. Happy new year from Tasmania!
Unfortunately I'm not a knitter (I wish I were) and it was purchased from Lacoste a while ago. Not sure what the yarn is 🤔
My top wishlist is dioscorea discolor. I really don't want to import one because I think it'll do terribly in shipping 😫
Oh yes, I've heard they're hard to import. I think best bet is to find one in a Facebook group!

@@planthappens Yup! And if there’s a new leaf from that one node cutting, with good variegation, the price doubles 🥲

Never bought anything from Ukraine before... I would be too nervous to import one 😱 Hopefully the chiapense gets more affordable soon!
