Brilliant ‼️
Can anyone please explain me why hikaru is not playing rapid blitz in poland?
This is invitational event part of Grand Chess Tour. Hikaru has way back said that he doesn’t consider playing OTB chess as his main career and hence not accepted invite to GCT if he was invited in first place. Although he has got wild card for one of GCT events to be held in St Louis later this year.

Is a watch allowed in tournament?
Analogue watches can be ok depending on the tournament and organiser. But this was just a casual game anyway so it doesn't matter.
Witty Alien's brother
Why isn’t he pressing the clock?
[Edit: Ok after watching the rest of this video, it's clearly a casual game.]
Judging by the background noise, this was probably just an untimed casual game and the player on the left isn't very strong else they'd have played with a time control.
