First of all, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING OH MY GOODNESS.
Second, I am ABSOLUTELY in love with this cinematography. And someone also in skates is clearly taping it, and they're doing a hell of a good job. Jason is always in frame, it's not shaky, it's actually very smooth recording, despite being fast! That's some good ass cinematography there.

I would have loved to see a long program with this song. But everything from the start to the "Click, BOOM" was well done because it matched the drama of the original score. Especially with the new camera angles. PLEASE make more of these!

How do you match up to an artist's speed and direction? Do you do dry runs before - usually how many times?
It'd take a lot of coordination to keep up while keeping the skater in the frame. 😳

after yesterday's short of this I ended up watching this video and one of the final performance several times over to compare the choreography changes and concluded that I prefer this one? (which I'm assuming was done first). Particularly the spin sequence at the end fits much better with the music and feels a lot smoother (in the final they added in an extra step before the spin starts and I don't feel it adds enough for what it takes away), and I like the little jump he does on the second "dun dun" here better than the small step in the final. Though I will say I think the knee slide in the final fits the theme of the music better. Not at all to critisise, I'm sure they had their reasons for changing it! But I just thought it would be interesting to compare the two and share what I noticed here :)
