Did y'all forget about the boat scene in Willy Wonka? Cause that freaky scene REALLY fits with the serial killer theory. What if that scene was Wonka's way of revealing his true intentions?
BrinaFlautist the boat only had the number of seats for the people left, so that means he was expecting for Augustus to "leave" - "get turned into chocolate"
One of the images that appears on the boat ride is a millipede coming out of a dead man's mouth. What if that dead man was one of Wonka's previous victims? Perhaps he's someone who tried to steal Wonka's recipes.
Not just that, but you can clearly see the bird in the updated version. The old one, if it was a bird, had no body and only a beak. Whether or not it was an actual crew member or a prop, it's VERY clear that's a person hanging.
Did everyone just forget about Chicken Run and how that was an actual allegory for the Holocaust (The film wasn't subtle about that at all)!! Really surprised no theories were made about that film!!
*Wakes up at 3AM* Me: I'm going to play Charlie Charlie. *Pulls out paper and puts yes and no* Me: Charlie Charlie, do you work at the chocolate factory? *Pencil moves to yes*
The theory has already been proved to be incorrect. It was tampered with from the beginning. There was never two different figures. It was always the crane, because when someone played a very old vhs of the movie it was the crane, not the hanging figure.
I always did think that Wonka was a little strange.... hasn't anyone else ever wondered how he had managed to ALWAYS have a song ready for each kid as if he had it all planned?!
Um...Harry DOES get to go to school with other kids, he just gets bullied for having "odd" magical powers, it says so in the first book! Otherwise how would he know anything about anything before he gets to Hogwarts?
And in one of the books it is mentioned that Dudley goes to this fancy school while Harry don't. In the first books they go to the same school if I remember correctly. He's also bullied for his clothes since he only got Dudley's old ones, which are several sizes larger. Wasn't it because the kids were scared of Dudley and his gang to, or did I make that up?
Isa Draven Yeah mostly the kids at school were afraid of Dudley's gang and nobody dared to be a friend. And I just realized that the teachers must be horrible if they weren't concerned with the fact Harry wears Dudley's clothes when the Dursley's are practically a decently wealthy family. I mean if I was a teacher and saw this I would question if he's being treated kindly.
Excuse me, lots of people care about books. Just because you clearly are too lazy to read, doesn't mean other people are. JK Rowling turned a whole generation to wanting to read because of the books and since they came before the films, they're the more reliable source of information I think you'll find since there's so much in the books that's left out of the films.

Film Theory made a theory about Willy Wonka knowingly giving his chocolate factory to Charlie because he was breaking OSHCA (?) violations. Very interesting
The Harry Potter theory actually happened to me. From the time I was 11 up until 20 I lived in a fantasy world I'd started writing about. I created a father and an entire family who loved me. I pretty much blanked whole weeks of school and got terrible grades because I spent all my time writing and lost inside my head. I had a really bad home life too. My guardians pretty much ignored me unless it was for hitting me or screaming at me. I just hid out in my room whenever I was home. Then I was old enough to get a job and move out.
On the Grease one. Anyone else notice that there is a dove or some other kind of white bird on Travolta's jacket. Not only could that be symbolism, it also makes him look like he has wings.
I read that while filming the boat scene, gene was so into the character of wonka the kids were actually scared and their reactions were genuine. One of the kids as an adult says she thought he was actually losing his mind hahaha.

I'm sorry but #6 is complete bullshit when they say that it's not a body. That is an obvious hanging body in the distant. You can make out the body and it's hanging. The body was swaying. But with the bird it wasn't in the correct place/position to be in the shape of a body. Plus the bird was WHITE and the figure was black. The bird was probably edited in to cover up the hanging Munchkin. I know, someone "confirmed it" and there were "no munchkins on set" when this was filmed but can we really know that? It could just be a cover-up so they don't get in trouble. But if there really were no Munchkins who can say that they didn't hang themselves beforehand or maybe it wasn't a Munchkin that hung themselves? Maybe it was another extra who hung themselves.
Oh no number 6 does 100% show a hanging body, however that's not the original scene. The rumor has been debunked hard as is, but pretty much someone edited out the crane and put in a hanging black figure using the low resolution of the shot to make it look real. People have pointed out flaws in the edit (where parts of the bird were missed and weren't edited out properly) and videos of old VHS tapes of Wizard of Oz clearly showcasing the original clip doesn't look like what was posted to the internet.
Also you're probably going to say "There were a lot of people on set, someone would have noticed". Yeah well the 400 birds on set could have been hiding the body from eyes. Also you can see Dorthy look twice at the hanging body in the movie and the scarecrow falls at the sight of the body.
Haze Stratos It may have been real. People have come out and said that on their VHS tapes of the Wizard of Oz they have seen the hanging body. I have also seen the hanging body in my VHS.
It's not an "abusive household." Harry is a horcrux, causing some people to become filled with fury around him. Having dumbledore sending someone(Hagrid) to go get Harry, is just Dumbledore seeing and finding out he was a horcrux and that he needed to be taken away from Normal people(I don't remember what they are called) because they are heavily affected by how being around horcruxes make people mad, and wizards and witches are not affected by Harry because they are trained to deal with anger and put it to the side so they can study magic. Also, that is why dumbledore refuses to tell him stuff until he is on the brink of death. That explains why Hermione (partially a normal human) is always trying to prove that she's better than Harry and is always kind of mad at Harry for no exact reason.
3: the ending of grease is earlier in the film Danny says "if this car was any better it could fly" and at the end of the movie the car is better so it flys. :)
Yeah I'm watching This late at night it's so creepy! The way it was swinging though and how the narrator said it could have been a person acting who hanged them selves and they couldn't remove the body from it!!
The Harry-Potter-theory is just so annoying, because that's a re-occuring response to most fantastical stories. "Uhh what if he just made it up to cope with the situation, what if he just dreamed it, what if he was actually comatosed and this is just in his head while his family weeps for him durrr." Are you people so sad that you are simply unwilling to let fantasy happen in fictional stories? Jesus christ.
If the HD version is suppose to be real, why do the scenes look totally different? If that's a bird, why does it only show up in that spot shortly towards the end of the song?
That's because during the school year, he lives there cause Hogwarts is a boarding school. And he's gotta go there until he's 18. Or until Voldemort gets him first, amiright?
The Harry Potter theory is wrong as in the book one there is a scene where he is sleeping and he hears a knock after that he thinks that her step mom is calling her and accepts it as a dream but when he wakes he sees hagrid and is relieved.
this will get lost in the comments sometime later, soooooo: when i am alone at home; run up and down the stairs 95 times in my home, then i try to walk up the stairs slowly and make the ac super high, then pretend i climbed up a mountain. then i scream "I'm the queen of the whole f***ing world/house!!!"
The munchkin theory, I’m not the only one that noticed that the 2 scenes are really different, I mean come on it’s the modern times that could’ve been edited to look different, the regular scene you could see something hanging and the rope could be seen, the HD version you can’t see nothing at all just a bird
Josefps 01 The so-called clip from the "original movie" was in fact edited and uploaded in 2010. The HD version, and all other versions including the original, feature the bird.
If u think about it the reason harry's aunt uncle and cousin were such jerks is because Harry was a horcrux. We see what the necklace does to Ron Harry and hermione for just a little bit imagine what living with one for years would do to you
Interesting idea but the first chapter of the first book established that the Dursley's were always jerks towards the Potters long before Harry lived with them.
Hands Of Silk JK Rowling said this theory isn't true if I remember correctly they just mistreated Harry because of a fight the Dursleys had with the Potters and the fact they don't see him as normal. But the horcrux makes no sense as if you see the necklace made Harry and the group angry at each other while the Dursleys were only ever mad at Harry. Wouldn't it make them argue with each other constantly instead? Plus I think any living horcruxes (Like Harry and Nagini) actually don't cause any negative affects on those around them like the object horcruxes. Or maybe it depends on how much of the soul of Voldemort it holds that causes it.
Hands Of Silk "If you think about it" this isn't even your theory. You most likely found it in a video and now spreading it as your own to get acknowledged for something you never knew until now.
What are you talking about, the reason was because they were jealous about the wizard powers since the aunt didn't inherited any of them she developed hate to her sister, harry's mother and so to him, she managed to make his uncle hate them too and teach his son to hate Harry
Cobalt Rat The so-called clip from the "original movie" was in fact edited and uploaded in 2010. The HD version, and all other versions including the original, feature the bird.
I could see the toystory one if u noticed in the new star wars force awakens theirs a scene were u see the general guy talking to the storm troopers and you wonder wtf is this nazi germany
The Thing: at the end when he offers Childs the whiskey, it is actually gasoline inside the bottle (one of the Molotov cocktails he was throwing to burn the building). This was his way of testing Childs to see if he was infected; a non-infected Childs would’ve gauged as he drank the gasoline due to the taste, whereas a Thing-infested Childs would not notice he was drinking gasoline.
It was a munchkin. The two scenes are totally different. In the first one, you can legit see the body hanging and swinging. The second one is totally different.
The wizard of oz theory might be true, the hd version could've been edited to seem like nothing was there, whereas the original footage could've been what the theory suggested
Actually, the so-called "original footage" with the hanged man is bullshit. It was edited and uploaded to UA-cam in 2010. All copies of the film, before and after 2010, feature the bird.
Number 4 is true on that wizard of oz set it wasn’t an actor it was an accident one of the crew members fell from a make shift stage and was hung that was played over and over to all of us in the 70’s with that hanging body it CLEARLY was NO bird and much TO large to be one of the munchkins....I’ve known about this since I was a kid and I’m 42y/o so.....🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ no they edited that out once they were able and made it look like a birds wing....
Jennifer Kopenga The so-called clip from the "original movie" was in fact edited and uploaded in 2010. The HD version, and all other versions including the original, feature the bird.
Honestly, if you were 42 years old right now, why the fuck do you have the baddest grammar in here? Also why the hell are you posting a comment on UA-cam if you're 42 years old.
Jennifer Kopenga it’s been debunked, someone edited to make I️t look like somethings hanging but in reality I️t the bird, they edited out the wings. I️ can’t remember what the name of the video is that explains I️t but he debunked I️t rlly well.
Safe Exploits Productions don't you mean to say, "Why do you have the worst grammar ?" And for your information, there's nothing against anyone posting on here after a certain age. I'm 40 and post on here. I've also come across people older than that, who post. There's no age restriction, so lighten up.
Elizabeth Stanwood not really a guy who knew one of the munchkin actors confirmed it was a bird called a crane no munchkin actors were on set when that scene was filmed that suicide rumor got started in the 80s

"A few years ago a clip started going around about the Wizard of Oz..." A few years ago? A classmate told me about it when we were in 4th grade back in 1987. Her dad told her about it.
You know they could have edited the munchkin out when the did the digital restoration to HD, right? They did with Star Wars edited new people in the place of the old actors. It wouldn't be that hard to make that look like a big bird in the background.
the munchkin was edited in tho, the actual original movie just has a blured and smudgy bird, you can even see on the sides of the trees that the munchkin is between that the wings of the bird strech out that the person who made the suicidal munchkin forgot
What I heard about the ending of the thing was that that bearded guy filled that bottle with gasoline or somethin and only the thing can drink it so he laughed cause he knew that the other guy was infected
This is a theory to do with the Percy Jackson book series. It is that his, while not official many believe it, abusive step father Gabe. It is where Gabe knocks Percy into a coma. Percy dreams up the whole plot of the book his friends, adventures and meeting his father,
It also goes against Riordan's other series, since Heroes of Olympus is told from multiple perspectives and his Egyptian and Norse series have been established to be part of the same universe.
The creepiest I have seen was "Three Men and a Baby". Watched it numerous times and never noticed the gun and then the boy. I remember hearing the Mother went on the Donahue Show, claiming the production profited off of her son's untimely demise...
In Inception, they say that you never start off in the beginning of a dream and start off in the middle of what’s going on. It shows everyone on an airplane before the main character goes to his house to find his children. If it were a dream he wouldn’t have been on the airplane. Unless he fell asleep on the airplane, the ending is not a dream.
The Peter Pan one... It would make so much sense. It would explain why Wendy's parents were so upset that they weren't in their room. Maybe Wendy's in a coma and/or maybe died, and imagined taking her brothers with her and Peter Pan, but eventually wakes up from the coma. Just an add on to the theory haha

It might have been a body because I could see the individual feet swaying
Wolfy same
The wizard of oz one was someone that ended their life and they just tried to cover it up so people don’t see it
Oh I thought it was a dog who was put on a diet and killed themself. NO DUH HE SAID THAT
It's not an "abusive household." Harry is a horcrux, causing some people to become filled with fury around him.
Wow the wizard of oz one is creepy
Nayeli Crybby because its a pity party
Love ur pfp
Nayeli Crybby
Im watching this at night bro this is way scarier
Yeah I'm watching This late at night it's so creepy! The way it was swinging though and how the narrator said it could have been a person acting who hanged them selves and they couldn't remove the body from it!!
The Harry-Potter-theory is just so annoying, because that's a re-occuring response to most fantastical stories. "Uhh what if he just made it up to cope with the situation, what if he just dreamed it, what if he was actually comatosed and this is just in his head while his family weeps for him durrr." Are you people so sad that you are simply unwilling to let fantasy happen in fictional stories? Jesus christ.
"....unwilling to let fantasy happen in fictional stories..." you mention Jesus Christ, LMAO

If the HD version is suppose to be real, why do the scenes look totally different? If that's a bird, why does it only show up in that spot shortly towards the end of the song?

Harry does attend school quotes many of times
That's because during the school year, he lives there cause Hogwarts is a boarding school. And he's gotta go there until he's 18.
Or until Voldemort gets him first, amiright?
The Harry Potter theory is wrong as in the book one there is a scene where he is sleeping and he hears a knock after that he thinks that her step mom is calling her and accepts it as a dream but when he wakes he sees hagrid and is relieved.
Dream within a dream :P

I think they just edited the suicide out with newer technology

Oz. Its a closed set. Ther were no brids that big. A man really hung his self

It scared me 😖 just looking at it I mean seriously
I will never think the wizard of oz the same again. RIP CHILDHOOD
Galaxy Diamond dang how old are you lol
Galaxy Diamond so did u know that they forced the actors to do drugs so they would stay awake so they can finish the movie, yeah, that's messed up
I'm 14 and I remember watching The Wizard Of Oz sometimes as a child..
Yeah you will, the version with the hanging munchkin was faked.
🙏
I think Peter pan is a kokiri from zelda OOT and that's why he can't grow up
If u think about it the reason harry's aunt uncle and cousin were such jerks is because Harry was a horcrux. We see what the necklace does to Ron Harry and hermione for just a little bit imagine what living with one for years would do to you
Hands Of Silk I never had thought of this!
I will NEVER be able to unsee the 'bird' in The Wizard of Oz.
Cobalt Rat The so-called clip from the "original movie" was in fact edited and uploaded in 2010. The HD version, and all other versions including the original, feature the bird.
Wow the insane theories people come up with damn.
EvilMadness they could be true
Not so insane bitch
Ive heard the Toy Story one is true
I could see the toystory one if u noticed in the new star wars force awakens theirs a scene were u see the general guy talking to the storm troopers and you wonder wtf is this nazi germany
EvilMadness The Willy Wonka one is true. The Snozberries taste like snozberries (the penises taste like penis !)
Victoria Lane no it wasn't
Victoria Lane I agree
I also agree, I mean it’s the modern times that could’ve been photoshopped to look different
Victoria Lane It wasn’t............It was a worker AND it was an accident...
it was a bird, the oldest version of the movie has the bird
The wizard of oz theory might be true, the hd version could've been edited to seem like nothing was there, whereas the original footage could've been what the theory suggested
Actually, the so-called "original footage" with the hanged man is bullshit. It was edited and uploaded to UA-cam in 2010. All copies of the film, before and after 2010, feature the bird.
My neighbor owned a video rental store when I was a kid and has the original with the man hanging. We watched it and he paused it for us to see
Oh and this was in the early 90s when I seen it.
I have the vhs tape from the 80s and you see a man hanging... later versions have a bird...
@@derangedmamma Proof?
Its a fucking haron you mug
Harry wasn't extremely isolated. Abused, yes. But he went to school. He went to public school while his cousin went to a nice private school.
The bird was an edited cover up of the death.
Elizabeth Stanwood yh
Elizabeth Stanwood not really a guy who knew one of the munchkin actors confirmed it was a bird called a crane no munchkin actors were on set when that scene was filmed that suicide rumor got started in the 80s
erin mefford Or maybe they were told to keep quiet about it and released a statement saying it wasn't true in order to keep the public from knowing? That happens all the time.
Huh?
You have it backwards. The "hanging body" was edited over the bird.
NO PLEASE NOT TOTORO
ricepicker562 lmao
ricepicker562 but but why totoro that was my favorite movie

That's obviously not a bird in the original movie. Plus it doesn't move in the same way. That bird was added later.
Paul Karpowich yep I saw that and thought "nope that's not a bird."
Yeah they were just trying to cover something more gruesome up (that's what I think)
The so-called clip from the "original movie" was in fact edited and uploaded in 2010. The HD version, and all other versions including the original, feature the bird.
OstrichWearingHeadphones I saw the movie before 2010 and it was a hanging body try again
Paul Karpowich so im mot the only one
"A few years ago a clip started going around about the Wizard of Oz..." A few years ago? A classmate told me about it when we were in 4th grade back in 1987. Her dad told her about it.
You know they could have edited the munchkin out when the did the digital restoration to HD, right? They did with Star Wars edited new people in the place of the old actors. It wouldn't be that hard to make that look like a big bird in the background.
Brittany Cave Indeed. The video was only posted in 2010.
the munchkin was edited in tho, the actual original movie just has a blured and smudgy bird, you can even see on the sides of the trees that the munchkin is between that the wings of the bird strech out that the person who made the suicidal munchkin forgot
@@persona3444 I seen the original with the guy hanging in the 90s. You just look like an idiot on every comment

Actually the theory in Wizard of Oz was it was the daughter of the director because she didn't get the part of Dorothy.
What I heard about the ending of the thing was that that bearded guy filled that bottle with gasoline or somethin and only the thing can drink it so he laughed cause he knew that the other guy was infected

I never heard of Harry Potter having a theory; until, I watched this video. It's fucked-up!
You have a really chilling voice. I love to lay down and just listen to you, keep it up 👍🏼
This is a theory to do with the Percy Jackson book series. It is that his, while not official many believe it, abusive step father Gabe. It is where Gabe knocks Percy into a coma. Percy dreams up the whole plot of the book his friends, adventures and meeting his father,
Tara Hatter I've read that book series and could make sense.
I refuse to believe that. That would mean Annabeth wasn't real, and that would suck. Sorry. I'm kind of a fangirl.
It also goes against Riordan's other series, since Heroes of Olympus is told from multiple perspectives and his Egyptian and Norse series have been established to be part of the same universe.
No, that’s not true.
Watching this for 22 minutes was really worth it!
