Really beautiful... I'm just starting to do this new way of creating to make my hobbies more complete... Fantastic way of recycling material, which i hsve a lot of bits & pieces.
Another great video. I feel I could have it on and craft away with you. I’m new to junk journalling and need to build my stash of embellishments , your ideas are giving me lots of food for thought. Thanks.
Thank you so much Rachel, I really really love 💕 those teabag embellishments, they’re so very stunning and gorgeous too. Stay safe and well too xxx Mags
This video popped into my feed. I love printing on different materials so I thoroughly enjoyed the video 😊 I love to use tea bags in my art. I also purchased blank tea bag paper sheets from That's Crafty here in the UK. They take paint & stenciling brilliantly & are super strong when complete ❤😊
Thank you Rachel for a great tutorial on tea bags! I’ve subscribed so I’ll look forward to your next video! I’m in New Zealand, love hearing your English accent!🧚♀️✨💫
I'm so glad you came back to do this tutorial, it turned out really neat. Love the ink on the tea bags. I think I might need to drink more tea lol. I think I might do some stamping on a tea bag or two as well. Tfs, have a great day.
I'm glad you enjoyed it, I think stamping would look really cool. Could even play around with gesso and paints. Just need an endless supply of tea bags lol.
Can you tell me what sort of printer you used? I am amazed! Oops! Just read the rest of the comments! Who would have thought an inkjet printer could do that?
Hi Rennie, I just use a HP inkjet printer, it wasn't massively expensive, sort of middle of the road printer. Here is an amazon link for a similar one in case you were wondering amzn.to/2pwoiZr
I’m a new subscriber. I come across your videos by accident I’m so glad I did, I am new junk journaling. What sewing machine do you use, I live in u.k, it’s seem to sew very easily. Thank you for sharing 😀
Hello and welcome to my channel, very glad you joined me! I use a sewing machine which i brought from Aldi and I would definitely recommend keeping your eye on the special buys x
I love this idea but I think I would print a page first then position the tea bags on the areas that I want to show on the bags, then you wouldn't have hit and miss. Of course this would be costly if your ink cartridges are expensive but mine only cost a couple of dollars each AUD
That is a good idea, and you can use the tester page on another project. It's not so much the ink, its the wasted tea bags that take a few days to collect lol. Thank you for the tip
hello Rachel.. they look lovely.. I have a stupid question.. what are Junk Journals used for.... do you actually write in them... sorry for being so silly.. but I have watched several people making things for Junk Journals but not sure what they really are...thanks for sharing the tea bags....
That's not a silly question at all, yeah junk journals can be used for writing in, collecting photos or keepsakes too. Some people just keep them to look at, like artwork. Hope that helps! Thank you for watching x
What kind of printer do you own? Does the glue make your printer “icky” inside?? I love this idea but I think my hubby would have my head if I got a teabag stuck in the printer.....😂😂😂

Very very pretty. Are those real used tea bags???? I love this effect, yours are very pretty, never throw away any scraps I see.
Yeah they are used tea bags, i do believe you can buy clean and tealess teabags on ebay though. Thank you 😊 nooo i need all my scraps
Lovely!
In my case I fear damage my printer and the paper stays stuck in there.
Amazing!!

What type of printer do you use? I tried having pages printed at the location office supply store and it's getting very expensive.
I just have a HP inkjet printer Mari x
What kind of printer do you own? Does the glue make your printer “icky” inside?? I love this idea but I think my hubby would have my head if I got a teabag stuck in the printer.....😂😂😂
I use a hp inkjet printer and dont have a problem with jamming or glue problems. The repositional glue is very low tack anyway
