May be you know how many streaps of LED are on Pansonic TX-40ASR650 ? You have 10 streaps but on schematics for tx-40ax630b there are only 5 line for streaps. Which type (dimensions) you use to replace the original Panasonc LED?
This is not a reliable repair, in this kind of case, you have to change all the leds. Because if one has failed, it means that the others are at the end of their life. There is a risk that the next day the TV breaks down because of another led and that you have to start all over again

Thanks, I’ve fixed my back light issue. Put back together and the side is purple. Wasn’t when tested with casing off. Any ideas?

it was a long time since last video
