That bowser space Lucy got was one of the funniest things I have seen from this franchise. Not the fact that she was stupid and clicked 1, but because all of the options on the wheel were basically the same way of saying "Say goodbye to your star, chucklenuts"
The only thing I wish they kept from Super Mario Party was the post-minigame high fives for 1v3 and 2v2 games. Even if you're only ever incentivized to always do it for the bonus coins, it feels good to do the high five. My favorite part about this map is what Austin said when Lucy went down the path the star wasn't on: "What if I don't buy the star?" It has this weird mind game where you have to guess who's going to get to the star first and decide which path is right. It is kinda cool figuring out which Allies are more "meta," it seems more beneficial to steal someone like Bowser Jr. since he places a trap at the end of turn after you steal him, whereas someone like Wario only gives you the bonus at start of turn. Some like Waluigi seem high risk, high reward since you have to pass multiple opponents to use his steal coin ability best, but that puts you at risk of losing him.
If I had a nickel for every time Lucy thought that intentionally landing on Bowser would help her in a Jamboree session, I'd have 2 nickels. It's not a lot, but it's weird that she went for it twice...
