I have these for a forester with a collective 5,000 miles on them and took them off after that because they’re blown already. Maybe if you cornerbalance them and ride on glassy new pavement only, maybe they could last longer… with the snow you’re going to have rust on the adjustment threads within a week. Good luck with them but I would put replacement struts back on and save them for summer.

your right on that salt gives it the rust right away, we going to change them back that way rust doesnt affect them as much, we havent had any issues far with suspension from maxpeedingrods if they end up failing before a year trust me we will adress the issue 😅 no hiding things on our channel
