- The Sepdiurnal Virus is rapidly changing and the Red Moon Phenomenon now occurs every single night... In this playthrough I'll be spinning a wheel to determine the difficulty each day (aka viral mutation/evolution). Some days will be easy, others will be very hard! And each day there will be a horde night. How long can we last before we're overrun by the undead?!

Blade traps are helpful, but we all know the flushing door strategy is the REAL bread and butter ha ha! Great fight, bud!
That loot speed makes a huge difference. Those seconds add up quick to minutes saved. Can be so much more productive in a day. Huge when there's horde every night and repairs to be made daily
I really like the loot speed, I agree it really does make a big difference if your a loot goblin like me and just can’t help but searching every pile of trash

You COULD stack the fence posts in the ground such that you have two or even three you can activate throughout the night. Just wire the last post by the ceiling for access. I gave up on loot candy for the green biome, even late game it does so little.
The speed up after the " 'scuse me while I take a bath" had me panicking cause I thought there was an emergency alert system going off lmao.

Possible dart traps for the middle part, since they are stuck in place getting shocked. Maybe have the darts shoot at a trigger plate on the wall since darts don't damage trigger plates.
you could put exit corridors that would pass through the blade traps , and then you could control them with powered doors. That way you could control the flow and once the traps are damaged you could switch them to another corridor.

The regular Plate and Plate Ramp would have been what you wanted for your wall reinforcement. The Pole Plates are thicker. You'll need a Wedge Narrow Low, I believe it's called. Don't quote me on that. And it won't look nearly as nice.
Solar cells can be taken from solar panels on buildings if you have a good level of scrapping

Powered hatches attached at head height on both sides of the blade traps, combined with a concrete wall in between the two blade traps, would allow you to regulate the zombie exit path through four separate paths, each utilizing an electric fence / blade trap combo.
Base worked like a charm. Got lucky there with the mega wandering hordes, things could have been so much more... interesting? Spear penetration is so good, strike once kill twice! 😃
I think the wedge tip would be the best fit above your pole plates.

I noticed when I played the fallout mod that if you scrap the solar panels that give you forged iron there is also a small chance to get a solar cell not sure if its mod related or base game 7d2d

What about a ramp from the back area going under ground, down and under the wall into the oil pit, and then a ramp out of the oil pit to the inside? Blade trap the inside of the tunnel?

It's always neat to be able to spot the moment when you begin to turn the corner with regard to your ability to wipe hordes vs. their ability to siege your base. I recognize that today was a very mild day at nomad difficulty and low block damage, but penetrating power attacks with spears seems like it's going to be the big upgrade to horde management until the time you start to routinely use AP ammo with your firearms.
I realize that this run isn't really focusing on turrets, but it feels like the next stage of improvement would be some additional means of softening zombies before they approach your fighting position. Blade traps quickly become cumbersome material sinks, though. On the other hand, nightly hordes mean that you don' have nearly the free time for the mining needed for gunpowder production that you would normally have, So... Does anyone know of ANY good way to lay a little damage on a group of zombies that would be sustainable for Tem under the constraints of this run? Is it possible to set up some kind of tree farm so that Tem could harvest enough spikes to turn the area under the fighting position approach into more of a grinder?
Install firemod.... Use wooden plate is a specifik pattern to avoid it burning out to fast
Also he could make a small tower defence game (where it is possible, regarding the curse), I guess 3 cement block wide walls would do the trick.
