Low Light has one of my favorite lines from the show. In Arise Serpentor Arise Low Light punches out a Viper and Life Line goes
"Can you find a better way to solve problems?"
    Low Light
"Yeah Life Line, it's called a gun"
I still laugh out loud every time I see that episode.

One of my fav Joes. Btw, I used the slot on his leg to store the uzi. It works.

I'll always remember Low-Light from the Joes cartoon episode as a kid where Cobra made some kind of nightmare machine to attack the Joes. Low-Light apparently always had nightmares because of an abusive father and thus slept quite well for once. Talk about dark lol.

I always assumed sniper was deemed a term inappropriate for a kids toyline which is why they had to change it to "night spotter" instead. It might be worth noting that Bullhorn is essentially a sniper as well but also doesn't feature the word in his title.

1985/86 Were the best years for GI Joe. Low Light is #2 on my favorites list for the Joes. I did not like his Uzi, however. A simple 45 caliber would have done the trick. Did Hasbro ever publish a GI Joe price guide? If not what is the most reliable source, for pricing?

I don't know if there is a reliable source anymore. Magazines like Lee's Toy Review and Wizard's Toyfare used to have price guides, but I'm not sure if either one is still published. Mark Bellomo's Ultimate Guide is available on Kindle - but I don't know if the prices were updated past 2009. Generally, I take an average of sold listings on EBay and online stores like SmallJoes and sellers I deal with at toy shows.

Kevin, I started to catalog my collection. I would like to include current collectors prices. Would you happen to know of any price guides?

Number 1 Joe character. Well toy any way. I didn't like his voice in the operation dragonfire 5 part.
