What a joke this is.. Every politician that helped push the chargers out of San Diego should be ashamed of themselves.. The city and taxpayers are still paying for Jack Murphy remodel and now its torn down and the Chargers are gone.. How sad and ugly this place is.. boo for who voted for this joke
This is truly scandalous. The cost of tickets is very high. More expensive than NFL teams. They want to recoup their investment at the expense of viewers and fans. Swallow your tickets and keep your elitism!
Yea, this is the price for paradise", there are cheaper places like Ohio or Kansas or whatever. A lot of money here, even more in Los Angeles...where uhh you know who team went.
Yeah, more landgrab by these colleges.....UCSD is another, bigger, culprit, they've taken over coast to inland and north and south, all this land taken and doesn't really benefit the general public. The Dr. Suess home on Mt. Soledad is up for sale and you guessed it, money will go to benefit UCSD and more non public benefits. Them taking down a real stadium and putting up that joke of a flimsy skeleton is pathetic. Driving by I would always look over at it, majestic....and historical. Watching it being torn down was really tearing San Diego real heart out and spirit. Now it's gonna be more housing and more land grab. Elitist is right! I'm with you brother, they can shove it. Looks like a half ass incomplete frame of a stadium. Powerhouse, yeah, okay, he obviously wasn't alive when fans were thumping their feet in the stadium....I never even notice that spider web 🕸️ of a stadium is there with it's underpowered feel. The old.stadium looked like the roman colliseum when it was being torn down. This stadium looks like it was best by a nuclear blast and belongs in a nuclear blast survivors zombie movies
@@moonshinefuel The team didn't want to go to Los Angeles it was the owner Dean Spanos. The team wanted to stay but it's not up to them but the owner saw how much he can make. The new stadium that the Chargers play in now in Los Angeles Dean Spanos didn't pay a cent for it. The Rams owner and the city of Los Angeles paid for it all and they told that to news outlets years ago. So don't get it confused.
One week out stadium still not sold out and remaining tix are now at 50% off including verified resale tix. A bit of an embarrassment for a new stadium and opening day. So much for “respect”. 🙏💪🌍🌏🌎❤️🇺🇸🖖
How stupid to spend less money to get a cheap product and lose the chargers! Who is going to use it ?soccer/ with no team ?sdsu ? Stupid !not to spend more and keep the chargers !
