Combat Choro Q officially made it out of Japan but was relabeled as "Seek and Destory". I'm just not too sure why they dropped the "Choro Q" branding, though.

Were you using some sort of Languange Swap cheat or something for this? Or was it really a version outside Japan?
I don't remember any PS1 Choro Q games had western release nor a translation without modding it.

Pretty sure this had a European launch as well. Not in the US though. There's an N64 version released a few years later that came to all regions.
