I have the lowers from Advanblack the color looks good until I get them in the sun. The vents take two hands to get them to move if I use one hand they would most likely break. The doors on the glove boxes are very cheap plastic and do not work very well. I am throwing these out and going to buy OEM. If your going for looks buy Advanblack I guess. If you want quality go Harley Davidson.
Soon, I'm going to be purchasing some new lowers, and I want the same quality as the Harley Lowers for a much better price. Are the Advanblack Lowers exactly like the Harley Lowers? If not, what is the difference? Is there a difference in the ABS thickness? BTW, great video.

I have the 2022 Road Glide Special, I’m switching from the chopped engine guard, do I need to purchase a kit or anything to make the switch or is there nothing extra to be purchased? I’ve called advanblack at least 30 times to ask, I’ve emailed them multiple times and I’ve heard nothing back.

I have lowers on all my bikes...they are a must for long rides! Definitely a debris blocker!

Redline Red. It's a 2022 Street Glide Special. I love red bikes and this one jumped out at me! Next upgrade will be a tour pack.

I haven't noticed a difference. I will do some measurements in a future video update.
How do you adjust the vent?
There is a "slider" that controls the vent. I normally leave it open in the summer and closed during the winter

I didn't have to buy anything other than the engine guard. Everything you need should come with the engine guard (basically a few bolts)
Any wind blows up under your beard?
No. The fairings do a good job of blocking the wind. They also keep your legs from being hit by flying debris

I have them on my 19 SGS; great for colder weather riding. Perfect colour match. Yes, the vent takes 2 hands to operate but hey, I’ve got 2
