Hey for that you have to go to Settings > Gameplay > Character then scroll down to Show Caracter Name. Here you can turn Character Name Display Settings to User Settings then it's about your preferences. I turn On Hostile Guild with only Health bar On while keeping Friendly and Misc Characters all off. You can play around the settings and see what you prefer.
Staff/Xbow is kinda niche, it used to be a very strong combo before they nerf the Xbow passive allowing you to reset your cooldown within a second, but still fun to play and can still be effective if you learn your rotation properly and get enough CDR. For Staff/Daggers and Staff/Bow, both are very competitive builds and both can be fun to play. Overall I would say Staff/Bow will be stronger for ZvZ and PvE, you won't have any downtime in term of damage since you have a lot of damage skills. While Staff/Daggers will be stronger in smaller scale, still good in ZvZ and a bit less strong in PvE than Bow/Staff. However it will let you do much more solo plays, finishing off target with daggers, offers more mobility. They're 2 different playstyles, it's about choosing what suit you the most. I would just add that Staff/Daggers tends to fall down a little later on in T2, but we're not yet at this stage on global.

What feels mroe competitive or fun between Staff/Dag, Staff/Bow, & Staff/Xbow?
