Geo engineering is, at best a marginal effect and will have very little influence. There a few attempts made but the scale is very small and the only place you will detect large effects are on untrue conspiracy theory sites. Most non-expert opinion comes from people with no concept of the amount of energy in a global weather system or how puny and ineffective our efforts to influence them are. The one thing that makes sense is that as CO2 traps heat in the atmosphere, the extra energy being provided by the Sun. This will lead to an increase in the energy of weather systems but don't kid yourself that some great plot is going on to manipulate the weather by some governmental agency.

My immediate thought too.
Peel Holding wont be happy because they will after spend money on fixing it. They have probably not maintained for years.
