Would it seem useful to make 3D printed templates (round discs with a center-hole for the blade) to use for adjusting CB09 blade-protrusion, perhaps increments of 0.25mm from 1mm to 3mm?

Why do you set the blade depth in 14:33? Does this change anything?

If yes, then only the spring, one is olready inside (not removable)
i Have the same blade but i cant able to cut all through the sticker and backings even i adjust the blade tip longer and force...

Agreed...In that case you should be careful with using off-brand blades
Have you tried cutting leather with the this blade ? I know silhouettes blade suck at cutting leather .
I've cut the faux leather with it.
It works only on strong grip mat
Is this suitable for kiss cut on sticker sheet?
Yes, I use this blade for stickers as well.
