Great recipe. If you don't have cream - or want to make it less calorific - you can use milk instead of cream for the white sauce. I think there was a little too much pasta for the amount of sauce, chicken and vegetables tho! I would make sure there was more sauce, chicken and veg than pasta - I would probably add another vegetable or two, maybe mushrooms and frozen peas, to give it more bulk.
