Something really cool happened when I listened to this audio. I listened to it one night but fell asleep only two or three minutes into the audio. The next night, as I lied in bed while trying to fall asleep, I felt my body changing into a bunny! And it felt so good so I just let it happen! And for a few minutes between when the transformation was complete and when I fell asleep I actually felt like a bunny! I specifically remember thumping my big, long, hind leg against my bed and my ears growing out. It was so surreal! I've never had anything like that happen to me ever before in hypnosis. It is so cool to have affects of hypnosis take place on you while you are out of trance!
His voice is so relaxing... I couldn't open my eyes back up and I yawned twice because I was relaxed... Hypnosis is so awesome
I can't be entranced, so I can't really take full advantage of these videos, and yet as I sat here listening, the transformation seemed to happen on a mental level. In fact, it did. I have an internal virtual environment, being an alter, and right now, my virtual body is fully lapine. MAN, YOU'RE GOOD!

You really need to do one that makes you feel like you're underwater. A mermaid/merman would be a cool idea for that too.

People tend to have different ways of Interpreting the Mental Suggestions within Hypnosis Scripts, so one person's Experience may be a lot Stronger than another's: I've been Naturally Resistant to Hypnotic effects most of my Life, and have been working on my Susceptibility for _a long time_ just to receive the Results I'm feeling now, so this is Major Progress for Me - your Experience may vary...
For Me, I've tried this File over the past Two Nights (they've been fairly Cold), and even a nice warm fuzzy feeling would've helped out, so I figured I'd give it a shot:
The First Night, I managed to get down into Trance enough to feel most of the Transformation (not Easy, need to _really_ focus my attention to get anything, just my own difficulties); Ears least felt, Tail similar, but these are *Phantom Limb-Effects* that I've always had trouble with, so it was Expected; Hands and Feet worked well, my Fingers pulling together during the Suggestion to simulate the change, Toes occasionally flexing after its part; surprisingly, the Nose and Whiskers suggestion _worked beyond expectations_ - the Whiskers were more of an Afterthought, but the subconscious movement of sniffing like a Rabbit was quite common...
Upon Awakening, the Mental Suggestions were subtle, yet there: While I was fully aware and able to do things Normally, it simply *Felt Nice* to act in the ways a Bunny would; I would Nuzzle my Head against my Chest Fluff, preen my Face and Ears with my Paws, Sniffle around every now and then to sense my Surroundings, and curled up in my Covers to keep warm and cozy, one Foot twitching during my Rest...
I didn't get out of Bed, and the effects of this File didn't last very long, thanks to a Coughing Fit shaking the effects loose after a short while, but _it Felt really good_ while it lasted, so I decided to listen again the next Night...
Last Night was much like the Previous one as far as Trance went, going a bit deeper this time - and knowing how it'd feel made me *react Instantly* to the suggestions.
Afterwards, I fortunately didn't have the Coughing that broke the previous night's effects, so I managed to _actually fall Asleep feeling like a Bunny..._
_...and Awoke this Morning,_ *still a Bunny! *
Like I said, I'm *fully aware* and knowing I'm _not actually_ a Rabbit, but the *Pleasant Feelings that occur when I React in Rabbit Fashion* lead me to do it more often. *I'm still feeling the effects of the File as I Type this, trying to keep it going as long as possible!*
This will likely *not* be how You will experience the File, my situation is fairly different, and this is the longest I've ever kept a Hypnotic Suggestion active - _an Exception, even for me,_ but it means *Real Progress* in getting these to work for Me, so _I'm very Happy!_
I'm going to ride this experience out now, so I might reply later with more on this...
When I first woke up, all I could do was hop and twitch my nose. I couldn't even pick stuff up. I had to convince myself that I wasn't a bunny to even type this. Good job! P.S. when I looked down at myself and in the mirror, I didn't feel like I looked like a bunny but I felt like one. Is that what's supposed to happen. Thx
