I made these. They were delicious 👌. They are good to eat even without any sabji or gravy dish. Many thanks to the poster of the video for this maida-free recipe. Added a teaspoon of ajwain while kneading the dough for extra flavour. Note: Requires a lot of garlic. More than what is suggested in the video. I added half an onion to save myself the trouble of peeling a lot of garlic.
