1.The ability of enzyme to bind with specific substrate(molecule acted upon by an enzyme) or catalyze a specific set of chemical reactions,is called enzyme specifity.
2.The parotid gland is located in front and beneath the ear.The submandibular gland is found on both sides, just under and deep to the jaw, towards the back of the mouth.The sublingual gland is located beneath the tongue.
3. Holozoic nutrition-
A) Ingestion-process of taking food (complex or carbon rich ) inside the body through mouth is called ingestion.
B) Digestion-process in which food is broken down into simpler simpler components with the help of special biological catalyst or enzymes.
C) Absorption-process of absorption of simpler components into cells.
D) Assimilation-process in which absorbed food is taken in by the body and is used for energy, repair and growth.
E) Egestion - process of removal of undigested / feces food out of the body.
4.Bile (greenish yellow secretion) is stored in gall bladder , is produced in liver .
Parotid gland is located in front of the ears.
Sub mandible gland is located beneath the lower jaw.
Sub lingual gland is located in the floor of the mouth or under the tongue.

Scavengers are animals that feed on carrion,dead plant material or refuse.For eg-vulture.
Detritivores are animals which feed on dead organic material, especially plant detritus.
Saprotrophs are organisms which get their energy from dead and decaying organic matter.Most dead organic matter is eventually broken down and used by bacteria and fungi.Slime moulds are also saprophytes as well as consuming bacteria.eg-cheese mold and yeast.

Enzymes, the biological catalysts are highly specific, catalysing a chemical reaction or a very few closely related reactions. It means that every enzyme is specified to perform its own function . For example proteases enzyme can only convert proteins into amino acids
