I dig it! But I cannot discern a melody. Therefore the solos (great as they are!) are harmony based.
All of the "tunes" in this series sound the same to me. I feel like a new cliche has set in with big band music in the last 20 years. I will concede that I enjoy it. But this is just my personal observation.
