    Hi Coach Beatrice ma'am, Is this also for men? I am a man did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could only use soda cans as weights but could not even finish last 9 minutes and completely gave up as my arms just failed😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully like you with dumbbells range from 10 kg - 15 kg! Her entire body is powerful muscles like your, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

      You’re doing well, only do as much as is right for you. Well done for giving this a try, the key is now to be consistent with it.

      @@beatricecaffrey Thank you for your guidance, Coach Beatrice ma'am! My MIL told me to try it again after a few days rest to see how long I last! My MIL does this powerful exercise very regularly! I really want to build biceps as you have if it is possible!? I tried an arm-wrestle test against my MIL's arm but I could not even move her arm even when I used both my arms together against her one arm 😟 As a man, I really want to feel confidence and self esteem in front of my MIL
