Another great video David. I’ve always struggled with cupping my left wrist in backswing, which has led to inconsistent golf, so this really resonated with me. I ordered one immediately after watching your video using your promo code for free shipping 👍🏻
Love the video.. Do you think if you put on the dewiz, hack motion, and use the garmin you could see your whole swing and work on it.. or work on it in bits.. lol imagine all the noise feedback lol
David, excellent video and very informative for this older golfer. I recently recieved my device and started play around with it and your video will be a big help. When playing around I have many sessions I was experimenting and not really working on anything other than getting a feel for what was happening. How does one erase/ eliminate past sessions which mean nothing so we only have on the device what we want to see and study to work on improving? Thank you.
Thanks for posting these great vids. Watched your other one on DEWIZ and found it very informative. My son is 13 and playing Tournament golf. It seems as if the DEWIZ is geared to full swing and the Hackmotion is more geared to the wrist and face control. Which would you suggest to get first? He overturns so the DEWIZ would be great to reduce his back swing. That said he stripes the ball but his face control is horrid. Hitting solid shots that pull and push obviously makes it tough to score. Thanks again for your great vids, hopefullly you can give me a suggestion if possible. One issue I see with Hackmotion is someone who sets up like Bryson or Mo, setting impact at address with a lot more flexion. If one were to do this and use the single plane swing wouldn't this screw up the algorithm for address to the top and at impact?
Hey mate, I like them both but the DeWiz is my personal favourite training aid. And just so you know I don’t receive anything from deWiz when people use my discount code so that’s completely transparent and I just love the product. Hackmotion will help with the wrist angles and positioning but you’re right, if your setup is different than a standard setup then it can throw the algorithms off. As everything is based off address numbers. You can get the pro version which doesn’t do that though. Speaking of Bryson, he uses the deWiz. 😊 Hope that helps
@@davidmaxfieldgolf Thanks for the info. We have the golf club 2019 and use it with a skytrak. It provides a lot of data on swing plane, angle of attack etc. I love the idea of being able to get that data on the range watching balls fly with the DeWiz. Just scooped one up and used your code. Thanks for the vids and the discount.
Doesn't what your wrists should do regarding flexion and extension depend on how strong or weak you grip the club? Or do I misunderstand something? Is this applicable no matter how strong or weak you grip it? Does the player model give you data on radial and ulnar deviation, and on rotation, so you can train those parameters too?
It will show you all of your wrist movements through every swing and in the pro version it also gives a lot more data. What it does is give you feedback on where your wrist position needs to be for the best ball flights and consistency. The parameters around the data are based off address position to impact position
If you used this device in a training mode (where you adjust your swing in order to just get the wrist motion desired, not worried about shot results) do you believe the training would be more beneficial? I question the calibration - perhaps laying the wrist on a flat, level, surface might get rid of the variability due to parallax? Hope to see more videos as you use the device. 🏌♀👍
Thanks mate, I’ve tried a few times to get the calibration working on it and when I get a chance I may revisit it again. Being completely honest, the thing that I’ve struggled with is that the data doesn’t seem to be consistent with address production from session to session and that comes down to the calibration. One session is can say my address position is +22 and the next session it can say +7 The issue with that is that the rest of the numbers and perimeters are based of this address position. Which makes it tough to figure out exactly where you should be.
There’s plenty more on the product to come. There’s always a cheaper alternative but the data driver analysis is really awesome and I guess that’s what you’re paying for. The software and tech behind it 😊
@@davidmaxfieldgolf Absolutely. I’m not saying it’s overpriced. Looks to be priced right, just too rich for my blood. The popsicle stick works fine…And I don’t have that kind of control to change my wrist a degree or two from shot to shot…I’m better with getting the feel and watching the ball flight.

How did the product work. Did you use it? Did you find it was valuable?
@@davidkramer194 it was good but I think I need to give it a bit more of a go to understand the data fully

It would work definitely, they all do different things but I would just need more devices to run all the apps at the same time 😂

You should be able to go back through past sessions in the app and delete each shot from that session 😁
@@davidmaxfieldgolf Thank you, but how is that done. I looked to do that , but will look again later today when my device is powered on.
David, after having this product for more than a year, would you still recommend it and is there anything you’d like to change?
Great product. Only thing is I’d like it to probably be on the right wrist for a right hander or have an option for that
HI David, great video! I am curious what software you are using to show the R10 stats? It looks nothing like the garmin app...
It’s awesome golf 😁

How does this device compare to the Dewiz? Would you recomend one over the other?
They’re both great. But they give very different data so they kind of compliment each other 😁
Does the app tell you the ideal wrist position for each club at impact? Or is the wrist position the same for a drive as a wedge?
It uses an algorithm based off the address position but you can adjust the numbers to suit what you’re trying to achieve
im confused, it wants your wrist slightly cupped at top? why do so many tour pros bow?
Actually quite a lot of tour pros have a slight cup but most of what gets shows on tv is a bow
