Dr Rosenberg (as a fellow PCP) is RIGHT after my own heart. "Maybe we need to take a look at THAT and take care of the patient who's presenting with a problem." BEAUTIFUL! Incredible how this simple concept is MISSED too often!
I noticed nocturia after I ceased drinking alcohol. More exactly, nocturnal polyuria I think although I have not yet measured the volume. Sleep is definitely not as good as it used to be. I'll consider sleep apnea next. I'm seventy.
The most boring presentation of the subjct. Nothing specific. We dont know its pathogenesis and neither treatment. We always talk epi studies, who cares
This is one of the best expositions of this subjects on you tube. Accessibility and clarity most welcome, many thanks

Is there a connection between May-Thurner syndrome and nocturnal polyuria? Daytime fluid accumulation in the legs that is released when laying flat.
