The Tamron 16-300mm is APS-C only, NOT for full frame.

Loved it. I feel like a dummy with this question. When I try the effect in Lightroom that Scott shows for making the cobblestones look wet, I activate the adjustment brush, but when I increase the contrast and clarity before I paint, it changes those adjustments for the entire image. What do I have set wrong that should be stopping these adjustments before I paint?
