My son wants to collect fireflies and put them into a jar so that it make a little lantern of green light. I told him fireflies only light up when they're free to fly because fireflies use a specific pattern of movement to attract others. Reminds me of narcissists gathering up all the supply they can only to lock us up in a jar where we can't light up for anyone else. Gotta get free y'all
The way narcissist leave relationships is unreal they just leave a person like you never even existed. They know your going to come begging for answers looking for proper closer but they will deny all of that just to punish you. Dear Dave, the exact same thing happened to me just on a different day in a different state. He came back from a dinner with "his son" fully shaven in all areas {Face, balls and a$$}. He sent me seductive pictures just before leaving while I was finishing my 12 hr shift. I was so deep in Mrs. B skin that I even agreed to be ok with him spending the night at "his son's apartment" if he was too tired to drive back to our home. THANKFUL to be far on the other side of the dark side! With all of my homework turned in, he won't get another chance. Be Blessed!

Oh Dave. I went through all of that. Everything. So much was uncovered later that at hindsight I realized was part of the discard phase. It's humorous now thinking about all the futile projects I was doing trying to get her happy, while she was tanning, toning, and getting secret botox treatments. It's so pathetic. if not for the humor involved, I wouldn't be able to stand my stupidity. What's funny is at the end how hard she foungt not to move out of the house once I uncovered her plot. She told me she was losing weight by not eating as much because of stress and I gave her sympathy thinking it was due to stress. A week later she bought her 3681th dress of 2023. She said she loved the dress and bought it to wear in the house as it is comfortable, but maybe also when she’s out. The dress was tight and revealing. She then got distant after I refused her trying to push my boundary and the alarm bells went off. I broke up with her shortly after to save myself the inevitable heartbreak and excruciating pain. It has been nearly 3 weeks of pain, but I’m healing with videos like yours and the larger community on UA-cam. A relationship is suppose to make you happy not crazy! Mental gymnastics are not for me! I found my resolve through Christ! It has been a journey! When you want to go back it means you need to heal yourself and make yourself the person you want to be with and then you can bring yourself whole to be with what you attract! You have to process your emotions and get to a healthy place even if it means being alone because being alone you have peace and not drama and darkness! It hurts really bad at first, but after you leave them and they wil use every tactic to get you back like mine did after sleeping with more than five women in the yesrs we split, but it gets better! I've been grey rocking and no contact with child's narcissist mother. I've never used these tactics because I've always been Mrs. B and hooverable but they seem to very affective. Dear Dave, the exact same thing happened to me just on a different day in a different state. He came back from a dinner with "his son" fully shaven in all areas {Face, balls and a$$}. He sent me seductive pictures just before leaving while I was finishing my 12 hr shift. I was so deep in Mrs. B skin that I even agreed to be ok with him spending the night at "his son's apartment" if he was too tired to drive back to our home. THANKFUL to be far on the other side of the dark side! With all of my homework turned in, he won't get another chance. Be Blessed!

Oh Dave. I went through all of that. Everything. So much was uncovered later that at hindsight I realized was part of the discard phase. It's humorous now thinking about all the futile projects I was doing trying to get her happy, while she was tanning, toning, and getting secret botox treatments. It's so pathetic. if not for the humor involved, I wouldn't be able to stand my stupidity. What's funny is at the end how hard she foungt not to move out of the house once I uncovered her plot. She wasn't quite ready for the full discard.

Before he moved out he asked me, 'what happens if I get sick?' 'Will you visit me if I'm in hospital?' 'Will you send me a birthday card?' Dave, we need your videos, because if I didn't know about narcissism, and the harem garage, and backup supply, I would have gone to visit him in hospital with flowers, chocolates, and teddy bears if he asked me (like I did when we first met), thinking I was doing the right thing and supporting him. In the last few weeks of being poisoned by the narc, I put a boundary down to have space.
She told me she was losing weight by not eating as much because of stress and I gave her sympathy thinking it was due to stress. A week later she bought her 3681th dress of 2023. She said she loved the dress and bought it to wear in the house as it is comfortable, but maybe also when she’s out. The dress was tight and revealing.
She then got distant after I refused her trying to push my boundary and the alarm bells went off. I broke up with her shortly after to save myself the inevitable heartbreak and excruciating pain.
It has been nearly 3 weeks of pain, but I’m healing with videos like yours and the larger community on UA-cam.

The song I am not the only one by Sam Smith makes me laugh tears of joy knowing that I made the decision to build boundaries and took back my power of self respect! A relationship is suppose to make you happy not crazy! Mental gymnastics are not for me! I found my resolve through Christ! It has been a journey! When you want to go back it means you need to heal yourself and make yourself the person you want to be with and then you can bring yourself whole to be with what you attract! I found I was in love with wishful thinking and a fake representation! These people know your weaknesses from studying you, The stare was there, but I had no idea of what narcissism was at the time. They have no compassion! A narcissist is lacking something which is love! Lack of love is in fact the definition of evil! They try to switch places with you and rhe mirroring drove me crazy! I was brought to a place of mental torture. Life is too short to allow someone to rob you of your joy! The more time you spend giving your energy to a narc the less time you have to find what you need and desire because they know they are robbing you of your life even though you hey will yry to pound your confidence into dust! They are sadistic abd take joy in hurting others! You have to process your emotions and get to a healthy place even if it means being alone because being alone you have peace and not drama and darkness! Open up the dirty window and breathe after the rain and take your piwer back because you had it all along, but gave it away! It hurts really bad at first, but after you leave them and they wil use every tactic to get you back like mine did after sleeping with more than five women in the yesrs we split, but it gets better! You have to give yourself time to heal and not go from relationship to relationship like they do! They exploit people. His harem garage is full to the brim. I haven't dated yet since we split because I want to be healthy again and bring my best self to a new relationship free from baggage! I know now trust is earned through actions which really do speak louder than words! All the red flags were there, but it was my fault for not seeing them! We must take accountability for our mistakes, so we can learn from them, and heal the wounds that allowed us to accept this behavior to behin with. Guarding your heart is important! I want to love again and maybe that will happen, but if it does not at least I have my sanity and peace of mind knowing I gave up something that was hurting me even though they make you think your nuts! We are not crazy as they try to make you believe as they pretend to love you! They don't have any love to give just a false impression of what they want you to perceive! Its an illusion. They really do not exist. Perception is everything! This channel has helped me so much for the last few years! This stuff is not easy, but when you want to go back to someone who makes you feel bad you must ask yourself what is in you that needs to get healed to allow yourself to be treated like that? It is a journey! I had to stop listhening to music for a while as it was a serious trigger for me! I am healed from that toxicity because when you remove the toxicity you can then see the benefits. They make a lot of confusion, so you can't think properly and they know how to do this well! I became tired of begging him to stop yelling all the time and to talk without anger. The anger is to cover the lies. Once you become to muvh work they rip the mask off! Let them go they will bring you misery and some of them are evil enough to make you so stressed that you will become ill! I hope this helps! Love is not feeling like crap and being anxious! Love is compassion, give and take, appreciation, and a two way street, and if you are blessed to find it at some point then cherish it! People that gossip will only do that to you! You can also test the narc by setting boundaries. They hate boundaries. Also, narcs/psychopaths/sociopaths like to talk about food, sex, and money, and rarely if ever talk about family, religion, and spirituality.
I've been grey rocking and no contact with child's narcissist mother. I've never used these tactics because I've always been Mrs. B and hooverable but they seem to very affective. The hate and anger towards myself shows me the child inside and it's only been about 3 weeks. We need to coin the phrase, "tantrum" phase after the discard phase. After 4 years of going above and beyond what any rational man would do for a woman I'm almost looking forward to what the trainwreck has in store for me. Oh I know... "the begging" phase. Now is my "discard" phase for her. She bought her lottery ticket. Love it.

Ok when said she used to visit you in the backyard that’s exactly what happened to me he would visit me in the garden in the beginning and I was so happy to see him coming by my house than all of the sudden he stopped and started saying I was weird and devaluing me calling me old ! I ended up catching him trying to cheat and discarded him now knowing I was pregnant 🤰 his revenge was leaving me with the baby! Now he is begging to come live with me and needs my help since he is stuck in another city!
