Poegi Maru -She just remembered me to Vegeta with that look and standing... kinda out of character for such an adorable tsundere. -They... don't use HDD to show off... that form constantly drains their energy that's why they only use it in serious fights. Also the people know them very well just by their human look so HDD is unnecessary.

I still haven't checked in the other games. Also, in that game... there are scenes where they basically just transform to intimidate and show off. Depending on the rules you are bound to... that energy may drain faster or more slowly. In real life, your metabolism also drains your energy away... yet you can stand and walk for hours. Ofc, you aren't transformed... but remember that they are goddesses and whield great power.
Tesan Well it is mentioned several times in Re;Birth1 and Nep nemtions in Re;Birth3 that keeping up HDD is tiring and in Re;Birth1 she reverted into her normal form some times because of exhaustion. I didn't played Re;Birth2 yet so I don't know how it is in that.
Actually true, in Re:Birth 3 she also has to revert after carrying someone who was too sleepy (you may know who I'm pointing at) but I thought maybe it's because, taken in a logical way: she just didn't have or summon enough share power and that it's just annoying? She once reverted basically because she is more "comfy" in the human form. Is this what we are having considered a meta-discussion?

Flaviu Val I'm a huge fan of JRPGs and graphic novels and this is like both things combined. All the characters are awesome and the gaming references are priceless. I'm going to get a Vita to collect the HDN games and some other JRPGs. There's even a Dynasty warriors like game where they loose clothing lol, a Strategy RPG with Noire and a pop singer manager game where they decide to sing to get shares, it's crazy! :O

It's better to play the games before, i have done 100% of all the game, i didn't watch the anime because it's not translated in my language (officialy), but i Saw a lot of clips from youtube and only with 20seconds/few mins I can instantly relate to the games and know what's next even without watching the anime. It's like the famous manga vs anime but in Fact there are unsignificant few différences.
Both Neptunia and Date a Live really look similar in design since the artist did do both of them for the anime
And I see Uni's love for Nepgear is quite intact in the anime if one takes her barrage of Nepgear photos in contrast to the single one of Neptune.
