I get the feeling that it's hitting the rev limiter in 1st so much because the race starts before the dial even becomes visible. Maybe using the cockpit view would help since you could use the cars dials instead.
The tune is for manual only, thats why it bounces of the limiter in first gear
This video has been in sync SO PERFECTLY with my driving in Forza.. for example when he said “3 2 1 go” I was starting a race which that was in sync..
And when he said “yeeted” my car went off a cliff

Powersliding is initiating tire friction AFTER corners. Drifting is initiating tire friction DURING corners.
I use that thing for S2 road racing sometimes. 513-ish horsepower, 2.9 seconds for 0-60, and a top speed of 200mph
I got a 1932 Ford Custom, the Double Down, in the Barrett Jackson Car Pack, and I tinkered with the engine a bit, and believe it or not, the car was so great, it's class was X 999 if that's even a thing. The speed was 9.0.
Are you sure? My Toyata Prius does the quarter mile in 3 seconds! You really need a fact check.

"Apex Predator" made the tune. He has a video about it. The Layout 9 thing is just a glitch that for some reason gives crazy good launches with the right first gear setup.

the Mosler MT900S (I'm pretty sure that's what it's called) has a very fast drag tune available that you should try
