Per room or whole house, that’s up to you Kenia. I apply these colors to the common areas, then break it up individually per room. Do what makes the most sense for your floor plan and needs 👍🏻

I enjoy your videos!! Just a funny comment. I have a condo in Vegas and EVERY wall in the livingroom/dining room is that wildflower color. It is SSOOOO dark and dreary especially now in winter.. you see that color palette here a lot, offices, etc, and believe me it's not all that. Going to paint over it and do a off white as soon as i can!! Have a great day (don't use wildflower!! Lol)

Hi, Love this episode. Quick question that I may have missed. Is the grid based on the whole house or per room? Oh and I am going to watch this one a few times. Thank you!
you can do either or. I have an open concept layout so i do the grid for the entire floor.
That’s up to you and how you want to implement the grid Paula. For the common areas I use the entire grid, then break it up again when it comes to the individual rooms

Whichever corners you feel the need to energize the most- from individual rooms or the entire home- that’s how I approach it Marcelle. Your needs will change over time, that’s the beauty of Feng Shui. It’s ever evolving as we are 👍🏻☺️

I only use the direction of the sun. The door of my house is facing east, so I start from there in determining all other directions. Otherwise, I use compass.

Yesss. I painted both bedrooms a color very close to October Mist over a year ago and I don't see me ever getting tired of it. Question about the bagua map please: the real north, south, east and west would be in the actual corners of my home, where as nort-east, south-west and so on would be the long sides / straight ends of the rooms. How do I apply the fengshui tips best?
These corners would then be missing or applied to the straight walls closest to them MK. Only you can make that decision and test out some decorative elements and take note of how it feels.

You may divide the spaces up into little squares or use the entire home as a whole. Just stay consistent in your approach Maricor 👍🏻☺️

I was impressed that the violet color really looked taupy which makes it more of a neutral. I never considered looking into violet hues because I always though they were purple, Donny Osmond’s favorite color. I am going to check out the hues of violet to see if they would be a better choice than the beiges. So far I am going with a greenish tone neutral bm Lancaster Whitewash to repaint the interior from bm navajo white. Thank you for this timely review.
It also highly depends on the furniture surrounding the color. Lighting changes everything as well! 😆

Great video. Question. How does baqua map apply to two story house that is open concept? My master bedroom sits over the garage. Do I not include the garage in the downstairs map but utilize sector color recommendation for upstairs region? Thanks.
You would break it up by room Cecee. Feng Shui is not a fan of multi level homes, but that’s how some of us live.

So far my bedroom is good in mysterious on the headboard a throw blanket and two accent pillows. My salon has orange 🍊 accents with a bright blue wall. But it is one big space with the dining room and kitchen which is white. My floors if you use your I,agitation are a buttery beige neutral co,our. I do t like the, and they were here when I’m a,e and no ,only to change them. If I had money the f,odors would be walnut co,outed hardwood. Thanks for an interesting video. I will accent the areas according to what I want in each segment.
You may also keep the walls as is and bring color in with furniture and home decor Shoshana. Easier to switch it up when the mood strikes 👍🏻☺️
When determining the direction of each room, do you use true compass directions or, compass directions in relationship to the direction in the room where you enter?

I have a pale pink/burgundy-red/ gold color palette in the room I spend the most time in. Will bringing small items in the other colors into the space be effective? Not sure about how to put yellows in the center of the room because I have a Persian rug there that’s primarily red/rust.
The center of the room may also house earth tones Erica. Bring color in through objets d’art and see how you’re affected. 👍🏻
Quick question! Should you activate both the traditional directions and your personal kua directions or just one? For example, the south west corner is for love and romance but for my kua number, my north east corner is my personal love and romance direction. Should I activate both of the directions or just one? Love the video 💗
Try your Kua number first Guppy and take note of how the energy shifts. If you don’t feel a difference, use the traditional directions. That’s my pragmatic approach ☺️

This is off topic, but I really need some advice. I have a 9 foot wide picture window. I installed cellular shades 3 across. I wanted to soften the edge with a fabric treatment, but I only have 10 inches before I meet the wall on one side and 10 inches before a patio door on the other. Any advice? Thank you so much for your videos, whether you have time to answer my question or not.
You can use dummy treatment panels that don’t operate Chris. You may have to infringe on the window a bit, but try not to exceed 6” into the sides so you get the full expanse of the view. Hope that helps!

We will be painting our kitchen soon at our new home. I’d like to have green wall kitchen and white cabinets with a dark brown cabinets island. Gray wall that flows from the kitchen to the living room as well. What colors would be good?

NE- darks/ black, SE- whites, silvers

I do both- first, the entire home, then individual corners of a room that I want to help amplify

How to we place bagua upstairs is the entrance the bottom entrance or the top stairs entrance ? ❤ is using leaves print for comforters not good for children ?
I use the compass directions for the bagua, not the door entrance
I bought navy blue curtains to place on my south and west windows and not sure how to bring “fire” since windows take up most of the wall. The south wall is important to me. Any suggestions Julie? I also have a dark brown leather sofa. I have a northeast door
Navy blue is best for north walls. I would swap these out for something neutral and perhaps add a table or floor lamp beside the sofa Jerri
